The true difference of Red Ridge is not seen, it is felt, from the time we take our couples on their first stroll through the grounds, to their last kiss lit by enchanting sparklers. From our passionate and experienced wedding planning staff, to every day-of service included in our wedding packages, no detail will go unattended.

Our experience in Red Ridge was amazing!! We had a micro wedding with about 30 guests. Chris and Bethany and their staff are very professional :) we felt very comfortable since day 1, they made sure every single detail was taken care of. They were extremely flexible with many of our changes, they have great ideas and suggestions, we knew they have a lot of experience with weddings since our first conversation. They made sure the WHOLE wedding planning process was smooth and the least stressful possible for us. We HIGHLY recommend Red Ridge for your wedding or any other event. The day of our wedding there was a high possibility of rain, but the staff was ready with a plan B. The place is beautiful, everything was sooo elegant and the staff is great! :)

A woodsy wedding festival venue with giant Scandinavian Tipis for adventurous, outdoorsy couples looking for a unique, low-stress wedding experience. Elm Pass Woods was founded by Mike & Alex Haws (and 3 doggos), who actually got married here to kick off the launch of the business. We are all-inclusive and aren't about nickle and dime'ing couples with rentals of things. If you want it and we have it, you can use it. We have an ever-growing decor and festival option inventory that couples get to shop from as they plan their day. Plus we have an on-site woodshop where Mike custom makes every couple that books here a wooden sweetheart dining table to use at their festival and TAKE HOME! We are sentimental folks, and operate a very hands-on wedding experience, making sure every detail is taken care of.

I must start by saying that the venue owners Alex and Mike are truly some of the kindest individuals I've ever met. As of now, they custom create a wooden item from the trees on the property for each couple to enjoy even after the wedding is over. Mike has made things from custom ring boxes to the couple's sweetheart table. The Scandinavian tipis aesthetic is unlike any other local venue. It very much fits both a rustic or bohemian feel. There are plenty of beautiful pieces already on the property such as the half-moon, the macrame, and the boat to mention a few. Lastly, one of my favorite places to photograph is the couple up on the ridge at sunset. It's a tiny hike, but takes preparation when it comes to your choice of shoes, but it's totally worth it! The venue never fails to surprise me every time I return.

Willow Hall, modeled after a classic dance hall, is the perfect spot for live music. Strings of bistro lights illuminate a romantic courtyard, which can serve as an outdoor lounge or al fresco dining spot. The property boasts so many fun features, like a large fire pit, dedicated outdoor kitchen and walk-up bar, and sleeping quarters for up to 20 people (including a treehouse, where you can watch the native blackbuck antelope from your wraparound porch!) The small family run business prides itself on serving it's customer's needs and customizing packages to fit their dreams and budgets.

I love love this venue! Everything has been intentionally laid out in a way that is very easy to navigate. The bridal suite is full of natural light and so easy to work in. I love the outdoor lighting, as well as, the main house where everyone mingles! The owners of this venue are amazing to work with and have really put their heart into every detail to make this a perfect wedding day for their bridal parties. I highly recommend checking their venue out and booking them for your wedding, bridal weekend or event!

Upstairs there are 2 dressing rooms with a restroom and central AC and heat throughout. The surrounding landscape provides additional space and flexibility for seating, dance floor, cocktail area, two ceremony sites, yard games, and plenty of free parking for all. The Cedar Bend provides tables, chairs, linens, and plenty of extras for up to 150 guests. All-inclusive packages are available for those who want to make the planning process a breeze. The Cedar Bend is one of my absolute favorite venues! The property is gorgeous, and there are so many different spots for photos. The bridal suites are spacious and gorgeous, and make for fantastic getting ready photos. But even with the beauty of the venue and the spaces, nothing tops the next-level customer service and attention to detail that the coordinator, Kara, brings to the table. When I was photographing a wedding there in the August heat, Kara followed the couple and myself during sunset photos with iced towels to keep the bride and groom cool. She kept the wedding running on time while making sure the couple had the best experience possible. If you’re considering The Cedar Bend for your event, stop considering and BOOK!

Camp Lucy was above and beyond in every way! The space was gorgeous, the staff was so helpful and friendly, and the experience itself was so wonderful. Our account manager Laura was always so helpful and very sweet and friendly, she helped everything go so smoothly and was super at communicating and answering all of our questions! The venue itself was beautiful and the perfect mix of outdoor-indoor spaces for our ceremony and reception. The bridal and groom suites were gorgeous, and our food and drink service that morning was wonderful. The Camp Lucy catering and bar staff were also phenomenal the entire night! We stayed on-site in one of the resort suites, and that experience was also above and beyond thanks to the lovely staff. Aside from being a beautiful venue, Camp Lucy is also a wonderful resort with really cool historical points and a great (seriously, so good!) restaurant. We will definitely be back to celebrate our anniversary!

Paniolo Ranch is a BEAUTIFUL location for a perfect hill country wedding! My husband and I got married at Paniolo Ranch in October 2023 and it was PERFECT! The venue has a beautiful location for stunning hill country views for the ceremony. A nice open area for an outdoor cocktail hour. A very spacious reception area that held 100 guests and a open dance floor! Paniolo Ranch also offered us a spacial and lovely bridal suite and grooms suite. Not only was the venue perfect but what truly made it AMAZING was Hunter! We booked our venue in January of 2022. Between Jan 2022 to the day before our wedding in Oct 2023 Hunter was VERY communicative! It made our experience PERFECT! He also let us view the venue whenever we needed to! Which helps when trying to figure out decor, etc. I wish I could leave 100 stars for Paniolo Ranch! We loved it here! It made our wedding day PERFECT!

Britney and her fellow coordinator(s) and staff took care of everything, making sure we were able to focus on us, our guests and having the best time. Everything was amazing! It was perfect to have a few days to relax, decorate, enjoy patio night, and celebrate our wedding. Staff was super accommodating. We had a rainy day and they completely transformed inside to be perfect! So many of my guests were shocked by the transformation. Since it was so rainy, towels were being used like crazy. Staff was going out of their way to collect and clean our towels almost everyday. Everyone was super easy to contact as well. I had the owners personal number and each cabin is provided with a service phone number that all staff has access to.
