Drew had sent me an email a few weeks before the couples wedding with the reception timeline (a first) and kept me up-to-date with any last minute changes the day of. “Joe and his team were incredible! All of our guests are STILL talking about how great Joe was - he picked perfect songs that were a hit with our crowd across generations and included some of our all time favorites as well. We gave him a few do not plays and just a couple must plays, but he handled the rest perfectly!! Fine Tune Entertainment has an easy to use planning website, where we were able to edit our timeline and song choices throughout the process - this helped keep everything super organized. Joe was excellent at keeping the schedule moving with speeches, photos and dancing. We also used Fine Tune Entertainment's sister company for the photo booth which was incredibly high quality and a major HIT with our guests. They had the option to get digital copies or take home a printed one! We added 10 up lights to our space as well and Joe perfectly managed color changes to enhance the party vibe. “DJ Tay worked with us in the months leading up to the wedding to coordinate instrumental piano covers for our ceremony which turned out beautifully. We also gave him a spreadsheet with songs we definitely wanted to play, others that were maybes and a few not to. I remember reading all of Business Time’s reviews/testimonials back when we first began our wedding planning, and thinking “wow how is it possible for EVERY single review to be so glowing?”. Obviously a 2020 wedding meant a lot of plan changes and stress, but Mark and Business Time had our back from the get go and were ready to support whatever version of a wedding we were able to have. That turned out to be an intimate backyard tent wedding with just us, our immediate family, and the rock ‘n roll band known as Business Time (as Zach likes to say). They took special care to accommodate our unusual first dance request, song recommendations, and the ambiance we sought to instill.
