Segnatore is a Humboldt Park Neighborhood restaurant inspired by the hidden history of the folk healers in Italy. Influenced by the anthropology in the evolution of traditional and regional Italian cooking, Segnatore's menu created by chef Matt Troost is rooted in tradition and flipped with a contemporary twist that is made to be approachable and communal dining focused. There is an emphasis on utilizing herbs and ingredients that are locally available. All bread and pasta served at Segnatore is made in-house. The beverage program designed by Natalie Smythe follows Italian traditions of using what is local, naturally available, and provides a little something for everyone. Parson's Chicken and Fish Lincoln Park features about 7,000 square feet of space for couples to transform into their dream setting. Inside features two separate dining rooms featuring custom-made wood furnishings, vaulted ceilings with skylights, and large windows for a bright, airy atmosphere. Pendant globe lighting and hanging string lights hang from the ceiling to add to a romantic ambiance. A large wraparound bar connects the two rooms and offers plenty of space for guests to enjoy cocktails. The restaurant also has large private patios with classic picnic tables for a relaxing cocktail hour or prenuptial event. These patios are dog-friendly, allowing you to incorporate your furry friend into your ceremony.

The name “Mundano” originates from the Spanish word for “worldly” and Chef Ross Henke took this into account when building the menu. Henke intends to draw from his lauded experience with Latin American cuisine but will lean heavily on New American style, blending a variety of influences and cooking techniques to create flavors striking and memorable.
