She had her special recipe for chocolate and vanilla cupcakes. In honor of Molly and as a way to help our kids and community, a portion of our profits is donated directly to schools in our community. The Original Rainbow Cone has been a staple in Chicago for over 95 years! Molly’s Cupcakes opened in 2007 in the heart of Lincoln Park, Chicago. Within 2 years of being open, we won the Food Network Competition Cupcake Wars!
