This Little Light Bakery and Caribbean Delights was founded by Suerence Marcelle in 2019. Suerence is a self-taught pastry chef who started baking as a hobby making candy apples and chocolate treats. Born in Trinidad and Tobago, Suerence expanded her baking talents to display her Caribbean roots in some of her delicacies such as black cake and Caribbean pastries. A year later Suerence expanded from treats to making pastries and designing wedding cakes. Seeing how people reacted to her flavors and work of art she knew she took the right step in her business. She prides herself in the artwork of her desserts and gourmet layered donuts.

I have been baking and decorating cakes 10 years. I took one class for the basics and the rest is self taught.
