“We loved working with Ragan. From the very beginning we knew everything was going to be amazing. We booked her for our engagement photos and our wedding photos in a package deal. I hadn’t seen much of her wedding photos at that point but I had seen some engagements and graduation photos and loved what I saw. She was extremely flexible when everything for our engagement shoot was going wrong. We had to rebook the date a few times because of weather. The final shoot day she got to the location way before we did and informed us the ground was way too muddy and I went into a small panic. She graciously waited for us to frantically pick a second location in about a half an hour and drove out of her way to come do photos for us. She had us laughing the entire shoot. She made us do the silliest things which created the perfect photos. She gave us both amazing confidence boosters and helped us be comfortable in front of the camera. She was extremely helpful when I was stuck between local baker choices and food truck ideas which is not her job and she did not need to do. She was on top of everything I needed to provide to her. She made sure I got my photo list in order and my time line finalized. On the day of the wedding her and her second shooter were amazing. They got every photo I asked them for. They captured some of the sweetest moments that I will be able to cherish forever. When everything at the wedding was going crazy and the DJ had no idea what he was doing she made sure everything stayed on track which I am so grateful for. I was so excited to get our photos back from the day of and she made sure I had sneak peaks the following week or so. She got my album for me in a very timely manner that I was able to share with whomever I wanted in a link. “June 8th had finally arrived and we were BEYOND excited to get our elopement underway. We had spoke with Meg and Kevin several times over the phone to talk over all the details of the big day— all the conversations helped build our anticipation of the big day. They were SO invested in ensuring we had the best, most memorable, elopement day possible. We received our sneak peak while we were on mini-moon in Destin and we were overwhelmed with excitement at how good they were. We even joked that if all we had were the 60 or so pictures in the sneak peak we would be content. However, upon the arrival of our full gallery, we were obsessed with them! We were so emotional as we felt we were reliving our big day. Meg and Kev’s ability to capture the raw beauty of nature and our raw emotions are second to none! There are so many wonderful pictures, we are going to struggle picking our favorites to print for an album. They are so so SO beautiful and amazing! Meg and Kevin made the elopement super fun to where the pictures did not feel forced or posed. Almost as if we were on a hike with our besties and getting married at the same time. They went above and beyond to accommodate us—from prior prep with location choices, activity suggestions.. to day of things such as having a wagon for things we could not fit in our hiking packs. They were awesome! One hard thing in regard to planning, was being out of state and not being able to see the locations before picking them. Not to worry though, once we settled on a site, Meg and Kev hiked it ahead of time to get current pics of the location along with timing the day out with the required additional hiking. They built trust and confidence with us to ensure that everything would go smoothly. Lastly, since it was just the two of us, we wanted an officiant to make it feel a little more official. Kevin CRUSHED it as an officiant. He took bits and pieces from our phone convos to the surveys we filled out to make it personable. It was SO well done. We still chose to exchange personally written vows, in a different location apart from the ceremony (to fit our hermit personalities) while Meg and Kev captured the moment from afar. Overall— we could not be happier!!”

“Knowing how much of a financial investment a wedding photographer was going to be, I did not take my decision lightly. I reached out to several companies and had several questions when determining who would be the right fit. And I have to say, Marie was by far the most understanding and compassionate during that process. While many photographers seemed annoyed by the (many) questions I would ask before booking, Marie was patient and very thoughtful with her responses -- she even took time to arrange a phone call with me while traveling!
