From the moment we went on a tour at Bakers Ranch, we knew it would be the venue we would book for our wedding. We are from out of state and we are so lucky we came across this hidden gem. The all-inclusive package was so convenient and we were able to put personal touches on many aspects of both of the ceremony and reception. Teala and Lisa are full of so much creativity and are very professional. We mostly communicated through Zoom and email which was a necessity for us since we live in another time zone and couldn't travel for all of the meetings. On the actual weekend Jeremy was the most helpful, polite, amazing staff member that we could've had. Anything that wasn't how we imagined he fixed immediately. All of our guests complimented the outdoor area and the elegance of the indoor reception space. The vendors recommended to us from Bakers Ranch were all amazing as well! Thank you Bakers Ranch team!

Not only is Deity a gorgeous venue space, bit the staff were amazing to me and my family. The DJ is provided by the venue and he was so professional and did a great job. The coordinator Anna and her assistant were amazing and so efficient. I can't recommend this place enough! The food was so good too. And the best part, this place is so affordable compared to other venues within Brooklyn.

We cannot express how happy we were with The Gallagher! Having the venue for 48hrs was huge, we were able to have our rehearsal dinner on site the night before and then allow family to stay in the house the night of. It was great knowing that everything was set up and ready to go the night before so there was no rushing around the morning of. The set up and take down was taken care of for us which allowed us to really enjoy our day. Jenna was even willing to change our ceremony space last minute if we wanted to because of the rain. Our family and friends couldn’t stop raving about the venue and how great of a time they had. I would 100% recommend The Gallagher to anyone looking to have a fun barn wedding!

Justin and I chose FruitCraft because it meant alot to us to have our wedding in Hillcrest and they accommodated us, our family and guests every step of the way. They made us feel so welcomed! After waiting 10 years to have our wedding I can genuinely say we had the wedding of our dreams! We wanted everything to be about our love, friends and family and FruitCraft delivered. We truly loved all the details that FruitCraft put in place for the venue! Everything from the farm tables, plant greenery around the venue and the market lights just made us feel like it was the perfect wedding for us. I had a lot of DIY ideas for decor which their coordinator assisted us in figuring out the best way to place it for the wedding! This was a big help for me because I’ve never had a wedding before so it was a big help to have support. My guests could not stop talking about the food and custom drinks too! We had dreamed about having our wedding here for years before we got married. It ended up being the perfect place for us! The venue is absolutely stunning and has a beautiful modern, rustic vibe so it feels both swanky and cozy/intimate. The catering, bar, furniture, seating, etc is all included in the venue which made planning so much easier for us. The preferred vendors they have listed are all the best as well which made research and planning so much easier. The staff is incredibly professional and gave us a lot of help and recommendations for what we should/shouldn't do on the day to make things go smoothly and so that we have the best memories. Also the food and drinks were 10/10. I cannot say enough how amazing the food was. All of our friends and family still are raving to us about their dinners and drinks. It was incredible. They also accommodated everyone's dietary and allergy restrictions, even when it was last minute which was so appreciated. Also the bridal suite was so great. They had a bunch of food and drinks for us before guests arrived and it helped get rid of the nerves :)

We booked Donauschwaben for our end of October wedding ceremony and reception. We had a large guest list of around 250 people, and had 200 attend the day's festivities. The venue fit everyone very comfortably, had a large dance floor, and the food was fantastic. Christine, the venue coordinator, was very helpful when planning our big day. We were able to come in the day before our wedding day to set up which was very much appreciated. We would recommend this venue to anyone looking to book a larger space!

My wife and I just got married here and it was an amazing experience. the wedding co-ordinator that we spoke with was honestly fantastic. She attended our needs well before they became needs. The location is just perfect. A cute mix of rustic meeds antique with a splash of 21st century! Our ceremony was located inside due to weather, but the entire barn was lit up with those gorgeous chandeliers.

I really can not say enough about this venue, the thoughtful & amazing owners & the homestead staff. The entire experience was nothing short of what every bride should experience while planning their wedding. All my endless questions/ emails/concerns addressed immediately, the many helpful & extremely informative tips&emails from the owners throughout the planning, and the amazing wedding coordinator they pair you with. Every person who works at this venue goes above & beyond, but especially the owners & coordinator. There was a mix up with our cake vendor, and we were left with NO CAKE on our wedding day. Before I was even informed of this hiccup, the owner Brian went out to the grocery store and bought a little birthday cake for us. Our coordinator took off all of the confetti and made it a beautiful white "sweetheart" cake to make sure we at least had something to cut. That is the definition of going above & beyond for one of their couples & shows truly how genuine they are. This is such a beautiful venue with many new additions being added throughout the years! The bridal suite is also an absolute dream. I had the best time getting ready with my girls in it. My husband and I are so grateful we had our wedding here & even more grateful for the relationships we've gained because of it! Brian, Dawn, Chela especially, we love you guys so much & will always remember your kindness!

At the turn of the century the company faced a crisis: the site of their mill would be flooded to form the Wachusett Reservoir. Instead of abandoning the mill, the company dismantled it brick by brick and shipped it to its new home in Easthampton, where it was rebuilt on the banks of the Lower Mill Pond. Art Factory is a gem. We are so happy that we hosted our wedding there. We first saw Art Factory when we attended a friend’s wedding. If you’re a creative person looking for something different from traditional wedding venues, this is the place for you. It’s basically a canvas on which to paint your personality, but you’re not actually doing the painting. They have a team for that and it’s all included! Great, great value for the little they charge. You can do almost anything you want with it – if you can imagine it, they can probably do it! Also, the owner, Donata, is incredibly talented and nice and flexible. She’ll work with you to help execute your vision for the space. She loves helping couples transform the venue. Donata also has good connections to stellar vendors. The venue is also 24-hours so we didn’t even have to leave for some extra late-night fun. If you like to be creative, you should definitely consider Art Factory for your wedding!

My husband and I have been members at the Churon for a few years now so it was an easy choice for us to have our wedding here. The gazebo and view was perfect. The entire package was so easy and perfectly priced. Angela and Meilee were friendly and always had a quick response to our questions. Angela was a great coordinator and made our reception look absolutely lovely and our day so seamless. Both our families raved over the food and service from Enrique and Paola. It was absolutely delicious. Everything we tried in our tasting was so good it was hard to decide. Also, the wines and beer were so great. The service was better than perfect. I would do our wedding here over and over again. Everyone that attended love the venue and the hotel. We can’t wait to go back and stay! Highly recommend and love every person there.

From the first time my husband and I visited SRS we absolutely loved the space. We are both born and raised in Queens and wanted to get married somewhere that really felt like the both of us and is a reflection of our love for Queens and for this city. Una is the venue coordinator and she is fantastic. This being a raw space venue, you need someone who knows the ins and outs of planning an event in this setting. She guided us the whole way throughout the process and was instrumental in coordinating all of our vendors on the day of our wedding. This space is perfect for someone who wants their wedding or event to be unique and tailored to you and your partners tastes. Our wedding day was absolutely amazing thanks to all of our vendors and the SRS staff. All of our guests could not stop raving about how beautiful the space is and how much they loved the view. We had a snag with the DJ (outside vendor) running late and issues with the contract and designated area, but Anna reassured me and had back up after back up plans ready to go. Ceremony went flawlessly and had an amazing time with the reception and timeline. The venue is absolutely beautiful if you want the rustic chic look. It was very clean and well put together. Hunter was awesome as well! He made sure keep everything together too! Thank you both!

As soon as we did a tour of Willowdale Estate, we knew immediately it was where we wanted to get married and no other venue would compare! We wanted a winter wedding and got married on 01/06/2024. We knew it would be a beautiful wedding, but the staff and atmosphere at Willowdale is absolutely exceptional. We had Julia as our wedding coordinator and she made sure we had everything we needed ( down to every detail! ) for our big day! She answered every question, on the day of the wedding she made everything run so smoothly in such a nice calm happy manner. I didn’t have a care in the world on my wedding day, which is a huge relief as the bride!! We had dropped off some wedding decor without a real idea of where we wanted it to go. The time and effort Julia put in to decorate and set every detail up was amazing!!! She has a great eye and amazing taste! I was so thankful! She even did my bustle for my dress, made sure the groom and I got to try every hor d'oeuvre inbetween pictures, and that we were set with drinks for the night. Every staff member at the estate was kind, caring and calming, my guests raved about how delicious the food was, I can’t say enough how grateful we are to have had our wedding there. My husband and I got married at the Red Barn in July and it was everything we could have wanted in a venue. The inside and outside of the venue are absolutely stunning. We booked both the Stage House Inn and Nealley House as well, and both were absolutely beautiful and perfect for housing our family and friends. One of the best parts of the venue was its staff, especially our coordinator, Alex. All of the staff were so nice and professional; you can clearly tell they are so passionate about what they do. Alex was truly amazing and was such a huge part of making our day everything we dreamed of. She was assigned as our coordinator as soon as we booked our date and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. She always made us feel like a priority and was quick to put us at ease at every meeting. On our wedding day, we never had to worry about the flow of the day or anything related to the venue. Alex and the rest of the staff took care of everything from putting up and taking down our decorations to directing guests, keeping the day on track, and putting out desserts and favors. They really listened to our vision for the day and made it come true. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better venue, from the beautiful setting to the amazing staff.

My experience with this venue was absolutely amazing. My fiancé and I were not high maintenance or detail oriented for our wedding. We wanted the a simple nice wedding that we did not have to put a lot of work in and this place was perfect! High quality venue and vendors!! The venue itself was so beautiful, you barely have to decorate it. The vendors are all with the venue, and our amazing planner Sheilah W was awesome! She gets everything prepared and deals with contacting all the vendors and putting everyone on the same page. I was so shocked the packages even included stationeries (save the dates & invites) ! Vendors included flowers, photographer, catering, DJ, day of coordinator, cake/desserts, all inclusive bar. I am so glad we chose to have our wedding here! We feel so incredibly blessed to have found Wedgewood Brittany Hill. I was feeling very overwhelmed at the idea of planning a wedding and their planning and coordination team helped me feel at ease and basically took care of every last detail. The whole process was smooth, they were communicative and so kind! Our wedding day went PERFECTLY. I dropped off my decir the day before and asked them to “use their imagination” when designing the center pieces and they turned out to be so stunning. The food was delicious (highly recommend the prime rib!) and we received at least a dozen compliments on how beautiful the venue was and how delicious the food was! Special shout of to Cristen for ensuring a smooth wedding day and an absolute gorgeous set up. Also shout of to our amazing banquet captain Maddie and servers Darrian, Fea, and Fren! Also shout out to our vendors, The Dessert Stand, Terry our bartender, Wes our DJ, and Compass Rose floral! We couldn’t have imagined a better wedding day. Roosevelt Island is a gem of a place for a wedding….a little Manhattan, a little Queens/Brooklyn…traditional but funky…The Sanctuary has character bc of its history as a hospital chapel; has an awesome view because of its location on the East River; has parking because it’s not Manhattan; and has a family business vibe because of the owners…you get personal attention from the owners. Pricing for winter wedding on a Friday was especially reasonable. The venue’s holiday seasonal decorations made it cheery (you don’t need to do lots of yourself and in fact, you shouldn’t bc you do need to take everything away the night of the event). The food was fresh…there was lots of it—enough for our 20-something year old guests! The vegetarian’s got a real meal, not just the side dishes that so many places offer. The younger guests esp loved the pizza bar at dessert time. Desserts were varied and delicious. Liquor/drinks kept flowing. There was even a special cocktail as a surprise. We loved having two distinct places for the evening—the chapel and the tent—but it helps to think about the flow of the event…our guests started dancing in the tent while dinner was still on! Definitely we recommend having some of the event during daylight hours because the sun looks great on the East River and sunset is a treat, esp for visitors to NYC. We had our ceremony offsite, but the price is esp good if you do the ceremony at the Sanctuary (and don’t have to pay for another venue), and the extra/side house would be a great place to dress. Also, the photographer and dj were happy at the venue…one improvement would be an in house sound system. Highly recommend this place! Congrats.

Deciding to have our daughter's wedding at Berry Acres was the easiest and best decision we made during the entire wedding process. Angela, Abigail, Emma and everyone else made everything so easy for us. From the beginning, it was smooth and non-stressful. They were quick to answer questions, always checked in to see if there was anything else we needed and made us feel welcome. The wedding day was flawless (besides the rain!) but even then, they provided everything we needed and helped make the day memorable for everyone. We had a small microwedding at the Flagstaff House and couldn't have asked for a more wonderful experience! Annie and her assistant Sarah were extremely responsive to any questions and always made themselves available before the wedding. She often answered questions before we even had to ask them! They were also amazing on the actual wedding day and kept things moving along nicely. The food was absolutely amazing, and the space was gorgeous. We kept getting complements from guests about how lovely the venue and staff were. We wouldn't have changed anything about the day!

We had our wedding ceremony in 2021 and our wedding reception in 2022 both at Saugerties Steamboat Co. Because of covid we had to change a few of our plans but they were so flexible with the situation and let us have a micro-ceremony on our original wedding date at the venue while following covid restrictions, and postpone our reception to a year later than originally planned. The venue was perfect for us as we wanted to have a more relaxed atmosphere. Since our reception was the first time many of our family members had gotten together since before 2020, some of our guests danced while others sat outside to catch up with each other. The food and drink service was amazing as well and the staff worked with us to create a menu that fit our taste and budget. Brianne and Kelsey were great to work with and I highly recommend Saugerties Steamboat Co. for a wedding, or any other event!

Oh my goodness, I don't even know where to begin. I had my wedding last Friday with my now-husband Luke and it had literally with no issues. I planned this wedding in 6 months, had 3 meetings with the venue and all their amazing coordinators, including Lindsey, Mo, and Yvonne, who were so unbelievably nice and on top of all the details and plans I gave them. I got to have my dream wedding with their help, and if that wasn't enough, I got to do it worry-free. Our wedding at Osteria was absolutely everything we could have asked for and more! We did a full buyout since we knew wanted 110-120 guests and it’s safe to say everyone had a great time. So many of our guests reached out to us RAVING about the food, drink and service. The space itself is beautiful and requires minimal decor. Planning the wedding (ceremony & reception) was a breeze once we chose Osteria. Emma was wonderful to work with - super responsive, great ideas, and just an awesome person all around. The rest of the staff at Osteria was also top notch - incredibly attentive and making sure everyone always had something in hand. Food is always amazing and makes it fun for choosing menu. If you’re looking for a more intimate, dinner party style vibe but still enough space to dance yet relax, look no further!

When my partner and I were looking for the perfect venue for our wedding we looked no further than the Chabot Space and Science Center (CSSC). The team at the CSSC were amazing! They worked closely with us helping to plan the wedding ceremony and reception of our dreams. They are kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. We looked at a lot of venues in our search for the "right" place that was not only beautiful but also affordable. CSSC is affordable compared to many in the Bay Area offering indoor and outdoor event spaces and really cool package options that fit nicely within our budget. We I can't say enough good things about them. We had a small wedding group or 35 guests and I was worried that we would get lost in the museum. The team understood my desire to have an intimate ceremony and reception and they made it happen. They understand the space and how to make the most of it. Although we had planned well in advance, we had to make last minute changes and the team made the changes without drama and upset! I was so calm and happy on my big day thanks to the team making everything work smoothly. Every couple wants their special day to be amazing for family and friends. We all want our guests to have a wonderful time at our wedding. My partner and I had the wedding of our dreams at Chabot Space and Science Center and our guests are still talking about the unique, fun and educational experience they enjoyed!

Our wedding was on 11/4/23. Hiring the Riverview in Simsbury, CT was the BEST decision we made in preparation for our big day! Kayla, our wedding coordinator, was communicative and was sure to answer any question that arose. We were given great recommendations for other vendors as well. Then, on the night of the event, the staff handled everything with such professionalism and expertise! Everyone at the Riverview was courteous, attentive, and reliable! I have dreamed so long for my dream wedding so my expectations were very high. Not only did they meet every need or desire with ease, they excelled in every way possible. On the day of my wedding after the ceremony was over, a HUGE monsoon storm rushed in and I was in pure shock and disappointment. Not only did Alisha and her team work together to take care of me & my husband, they made sure all my guests were happy and taking care of to the point that it seemed like they knew the storm was coming. They went above and beyond making our day magical even in the pure chaos that the weather entailed. The entire schedule was so different that what was planned and they helped to make it flow so effortlessly and with ease. We felt so supported and loved by Alisha and her crew at every step of the way. Even before our big day, Alisha was amazing at answering any and all of my questions! Hands down, the BEST place to host a wedding in Minneapolis! The staff was amazing and soooooo accommodating - quick to return calls and emails and to answer any/all questions related to my son's wedding. 10 stars!! We hosted the groom's dinner, wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and dancing all in one space and it was the best wedding set-up ever! Guests are still raving about the food and ambience! We had an amazing room block rate. Michael worked with the bride on pricing food, open bar, late night buffet, Topgolf, etc... which made the entire process stress-free. The parking ramp is connected directly to hotel via skyway, which was a huge boon for guests when they arrived for the wedding. We were able to bring in our own furniture, accessories, cake and rentals. We were also able to set things up as we wished with the help of Michael and his amazing team of energetic, hardworking and overly kind staff!! We had the pleasure of enjoying the outdoor patio space, which was absolutely perfect for the cigar bar. I highly recommend the Graduate to all brides & grooms!!! My family is still raving about the wedding and it's been almost a month since the big event. THANK YOU GRADUATE TEAM FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR MY SON AND HIS NEW WIFE!!!

We had an absolutely gorgeous wedding at Primrose in August! Donna was amazing to work with when we had to defer our planning for a few months, and we were able to jump right in and have as easy a time planning as could be hoped for! We had our ceremony at a church, then we loved having Primrose from 6-11pm for our cocktail hour and reception! We had rave reviews about the food, the option to add fun desserts (we went with the mason jars!), as well as multiple drink packages to choose from. I didn’t visit the bar itself because our Wedding Director did such a great job keeping our glasses full, and my biggest wish is that I had the option to attend as a guest to enjoy it from that perspective as well! Three months later, friends and family continue to say what a great time our wedding was, so we would absolutely recommend Primrose to anyone looking for a one-stop shop for a gorgeous, low-stress wedding. The prices were comparable with other caterers, florists, and design items, so we loved being able to do everything in house!

We had such a fabulous experience working with Nicole and the wonderful staff at the Roostertail. They made every effort to ensure that our wedding reception went perfect and seamlessly. Nicole and staff were constantly checking in and keeping us on schedule throughout the evening, and they made sure to pay special attention to our close family and bridal party as well. I would definitely recommend working with them as a reception venue for others, especially since nothing can really beat that view :)

Nestled in the trees on Parrett Mountain, our wine tasting room is a cozy, inviting lodge-style experience. Drink wine by the fire or sit outside for a fantastic view of Mt. St. Helens between the trees. Construction of the building incorporated Cedar, Fir, and Maple harvested from our property. This wood was used for the siding, along with the 3 bars: Cedar, Fir and Maple live edge slabs. At the center of the building stands the top of the Cedar tree, standing 28 feet tall. Specializing in Big Bold Reds, we also have some award-winning Pinot Noir and white wines as well as local beer on tap. Our tasting room is a versatile space for hosting many events: private tastings, meetings, birthdays, small casual weddings, and more. Events must be catered. We have preferred caterers but will consider outside caterers as requested. We can seat 64-70 people inside and on the patio, but allow a maximum of 85 guests per event. We have 45 parking spots and 2 Tesla Charging stations.

We loved having our wedding dinner and party at The Lemont Hall. I was worried about acoustics but it worked well with their AV system for both speeches, toasts and music for dancing. Aaron, Cleo and Madison are super friendly and responsive, and also accommodating to requests. Our 80 guests oooh'ed and ahh'ed when they entered the hall and we had enough room for seating, buffet and dancing.

Avon Hill was honestly the best venue we could have asked for. We only had 45 guests and the lodge housed about half of our guests which made the weekend that much more intimate. The views were absolutely amazing and the hospitality was just as great, Jocelyn was very prompt and willing to answer any and all of our questions and very accommodating to someone who added each lodge separately lol!!! The lodges had everything you could think of and Bruce's Barn was just amazing. It fit our group so perfectly and photographed so beautifully!

How much do wedding & reception venues cost?

The cost of wedding venues varies, with factors influencing cost including size, location, guest count, and, most importantly, whether things like catering and rentals are included. The more a reception venue near you includes, the higher the cost. When considering venues, try to compare prices apples-to-apples. If one venue includes catering and rentals in their pricing and the other doesn’t, you need to figure out how much additional cost those outside vendors would be to make a true comparison. Before booking, be sure you’re aware of additional costs outlined in your contract, like parking fees and weather-related considerations (adding a tent, etc.).

What questions should we ask wedding venues?

When talking with a potential venue, always ask about 1) their availability and 2) their capacity. Some popular venues book up peak season Saturdays nearly 2 years in advance—if your first choice date isn’t available, consider your flexibility on day of the week and year. While maximum capacity is non-negotiable, venues might have guidance on what guest count will be most comfortable. Also, you’ll want to understand what is and is not included in the venue’s fees. Some include catering, tables and chairs, and linens, while others offer just the raw space. These venues are often less expensive because you are only paying for the space itself, and you’ll have to bring in outside vendors
