Eagles Nest Reserve is a family-run vineyard and winery focusing on dry farming, no-till, herbicide-free agriculture to produce un-fined and unfiltered, low intervention wine. ENR’s wines are low in sulfites and aim to express the authentic and rustic representation of its unique geology and microclimate. At approximately 600 ft elevation and the eastern-most area of the Tualatin Hills AVA, the vineyard is planted on wind-blown loess over basalt, and is influenced by catabatic winds funneled through the Columbia Gorge. The 160-acre reserve is a diverse and beautiful landscape of vineyards, wetlands, grazing alpacas, wildlife, and easement-protected forest sanctuaries. Surrounded by vines with a panoramic view of the valley, its showcase barn is host to wine tastings as well as public and private events. The Lachini Family believes that the vineyard is the wine. Our family-owned Estate winery and vineyard is located on the backdrop of the Chehalem Mountains in the heart of the Oregon’s North Willamette Valley. The 45 acre Lachini Estate Vineyard is located approximately 30 miles southwest of Portland. The south-facing gently-sloped terrain sets in the outlying foothills of Newberg, and is a part of the Chehalem Mountains A.V.A. Ron and Marianne purchased the property in 1998 and planted the first five acres with Pinot Noir (Pommard clone) in June of 1999 after clearing and natural site preparation. In the following seven growing seasons, we planted additional blocks that now entail just over 30.5 acres of planted Pinot Noir plus an additional one and a half acres of Chardonnay.

Opening to the public in 2006, The Water Oasis was a small wedding venue in the heart of Oregon wine country that hosted limited events each year. In February of 2012, the family made the decision to grow from a small operation to a larger scale, full time Wedding & Event Center. This meant bringing all operations and management back into the family to be 100% family owned and operated! With new management, renewed inspiration and a great deal of PASSION, The Water Oasis had a spectacular Grand Re-Opening year in 2012.
