“Claire made planning our dessert menu an absolute breeze. I wanted simple, minimal, and delicious for a dessert bar and she nailed it. She was wonderful about accommodating a quick tasting while we were travelling from out of state, and made sure to keep us in the loop on all updates. We had honey almond, spice cake, salted caramel, and vegan/GF chocolate cupcakes that were devoured by guests - we were lucky there were a couple left for us to save for ourselves! Claire also lent us some rustic display pieces that just brought everything together flawlessly with our rainy fall day, I could not have asked for better.
