We can provide full service including setup, buffet-style serving, bartending, and cleanup throughout the facility, or just drop off your food if your budget is tight.

Cooking and creating meals for others has been my passion for as long as I can remember. My dream began watching food network instead of cartoons as a small child and finding myself inspired to pursue a career in culinary arts. I’ve worked for years in hospitality and now I get share my love of cooking on a more personal level, creating custom meals for families and friends to enjoy together. Catering By Tracy was formed in 2007 in Charlotte, NC and exploded when we moved to Lake Norman in 2011. Justin and Meagan Hitt are a husband/wife catering chef team rooted in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Southwest Virginia. Both attended culinary school in Roanoke, Va at Virginia Western Community College and moved on to work at multiple locations including Hotel Roanoke and Primland in Meadows of Dan.
