  • Serves Watauga, TN for additional fees

Fox Den Baking Co. is a private commercial kitchen located in Walland, Tennessee, specializing in buttercream tiered cakes and wedding-worthy assorted sweets. This local business is owned by Melissa L. Brinley, a talented, professionally-trained chef with an eye for adding beautiful personalized details. Her sweet treats include everything from stunning tiered wedding cakes to elegantly curated dessert bars and intricately decorated sugar cookies. Melissa has a wide range of experience, having worked for various national publications as a recipe developer, food stylist, and editor.

I'm a wedding planner and have been for 6 years so I have tasted/seen a LOT of wedding cakes. Melissa's cakes definitely stand out among the sea of sweets I've had and I recommend her to every one of my couples. Her vanilla bean buttercream frosting is the best frosting I've ever had! Not only do her cakes have a punch of flavor and perfect level of moisture, but they also look incredible. If you think her portfolio photos look good, just wait until you see her cakes in person....meaning BOOK HER NOW!

Fluff Gourmet Cotton Candy

5.0

  • Starts at $200
  • Serves Watauga, TN for additional fees

Fluff Gourmet Cotton Candy was born in 2017 from a YouTube black hole. Little did I know that the series of videos about cotton candy would lead to a business that I love! I have been an artist my entire life, and Fluff has given me such a creative outlet.

Not only is Camille’s cotton candy super delicious, she is great to work with, and her little cart she brings is very cute, too. She has a ton of flavors to choose from, and all of the ones we sampled were really good, and then we ended up choosing three to serve at our wedding. Everyone thought it was a fun idea, and it gives your wedding guests something else to do than dance and gives them something to talk about!
