Unfortunately, I am also painfully indecisive and an anxious people pleaser. The cake had to be perfect and I had no idea what I was doing. The kindness and patience I experienced was enough to make me a loyal customer. But the cake oh my goooood the cake. The flavor combinations, texture, and consistency were all so spot on. I am not proud of the amount of cake I consumed but it was absolutely worth it. There is always special attention to ensure your cake, pastry, or other delicious treats is never overpoweringly sweet, with I personally appreciate. In July of 2013, she was named Pastry Chef on Team USA, a role in which she will always consider being one of the most rewarding experiences in her life. She believes that cooking with fresh ingredients and having a positive attitude are the most powerful tools in the kitchen. Most recently Megan traded her chef coat for a lab coat and studied Food Science and Micro Biology at Penn State. As of May 2017 Megan finally made her way back to west coast to open Bamford Bakeshop with her family.
