Swiss Meringue Buttercream cakes made with local and organic ingredients in Portland, Oregon. All components are made from scratch by Alchemy Desserts. our edible flowers and herbs are grown on site in our garden.

    Alchemy Desserts was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding cake. From the very first interaction, their communication was clear, prompt and incredibly helpful as we navigated designing the perfect cake for our special day. The end result was truly amazing - a show-stopper of a cake that was not only stunningly beautiful with intricate buttercream detailing, but also incredibly delicious. So many wedding cakes are dry and covered in fondant, but Alchemy's cakes are moist and flavorful through and through. Our guests raved about how amazing the cake tasted, and we couldn't agree more. Brandi truly went above and beyond to create a dessert that was the perfect centerpiece for our wedding celebration.

    If you've been dreaming of a memorable cake for your event, Brandi is the Dreamweaver! Not only are the ingredients top notch, but the flavors are unique, and the design is stunning. I wanted a Blacklight Poster vibe with mushrooms - literally got UV REACTIVE FROSTING. It tasted amazing (black lemon Frosting is a wild experience), and has been mentioned in many a conversations since then. Her direct communication, menu availability, order placement make it seamless and easy. She makes sure the Cakes are secure for transport, as well as care instructions so you don't have to worry about picking it up day of (or disposing of left-overs, if there are any). Highly recommend Alchemy Desserts and Brandi for your fanciful, magical, wonderful cake Dreams.

    The quality is truly legendary - their cakes are not only exquisite in their design, but also completely unique.
