Black Walnut Grove Estate is located on a historic family farm in West College Corner, Indiana just a few minutes west of Oxford, Ohio. This beautiful country estate features a historic 19th-century farmhouse, a rustic timber frame, post and beam constructed barn with hand-hewn wood throughout, and a mid-century two-bedroom guest cabin. Although the house and barn are no longer part of a functioning farm, the current owner has transformed the 11-acre grounds into a cozy and elegant venue, complete with plenty of vintages and rustic charm, for weddings and other events.

We obsessed over every detail in the renovation of the historic former Fort Piqua Hotel. This is a working farm, with many animals. We have a mix of very old (log house and tobacco barn) with a new kitchen area and restrooms, on public water and sewer. The unique and picturesque country setting is just 20 minutes from downtown Cincinnati. There is a circa 1800’s barn with exposed post and beam construction, a historic log cabin, a newly constructed Sugar Shack with modern men’s and women’s restrooms, a kitchen, a bar area and a small dining hall. The beautiful large lawn areas are adjacent to the buildings and are appropriate for use as an outdoor ceremony site. We even have a portable white wedding arbor ready to decorate.
