Built in 1904, Rhodes Hall has been an Atlanta landmark for generations. It is one of only two historic mansions left on Peachtree Street. While it was originally the residence of Rhodes Furniture founder Amos Rhodes, today it is a house museum and one of the most unique venues in Atlanta for social and corporate events. Mr. Rhodes called his gorgeous house “Le Réve" (French for "The Dream), and it's easy to see why! With its original hand-painted murals, intricate tile fireplaces, imposing floor to ceiling mantles, beautiful columns, stunning African Mahogany staircase, and original turn-of-the-century furniture, Rhodes Hall is unlike any other wedding venue in the city! Le Fais do-do is a family-owned and operated venue. We host events all the time, but we understand that your event could be the biggest and most important one that you will ever host. Your event is as important to us as it is to you. Bring us your big ideas and let us help you to make them a reality. " Le Fais do-do", the French term literally means to "make sleep", but in the Cajun culture, a fais do-do is a big party, where dancing and festivities last long into the night.

As a facility rental, we provide tables and folding chairs inside, as well as complimentary parking. All outdoor furniture will need to be rented. Catering would be provided through one of our amazing catering companies we partner with and can average $120 to $200 per guest. Beverage service and bartenders are additional and are provided by the History Center. It is about $65 per person for a 4-hour premium full bar. We have a full property minimum on Saturdays of a peak month: April, May, June, September, and October. The facility rental fee for the Swan Gardens, Atlanta History Museum, and Grand Overlook ballroom on a Saturday is $12,500 and we have an additional $5,500 beverage minimum. Fridays and Sundays are $10,000 with a $2,500 beverage minimum. Most of our weddings can expect to spend between $400 to $1,000 per guest after all vendors and costs are added up and divided out per guest.

The Booth Museum, in association with the Smithsonian Institution, is a 120,000-square-foot museum located in Cartersville, Georgia, where guests are invited to See America’s Story through contemporary Western artwork, a Presidential Gallery, a Civil War art gallery, and an interactive children’s gallery. Among the amenities at SCAD Ivy Hall are complimentary WiFi, get-ready rooms, a catering kitchen, parking, and wheelchair access. This unique location is also suitable for all pre-wedding parties, such as engagements, showers, and rehearsal dinners.
