Shanoah Bri Photography

5.0

  • Photographer
  • Fine art style
  • Starts at $2,600
  • Serves Veradale, WA

Hi there, I’m Shanoah! I’m a Wedding Photographer based in Spokane WA! My goal is to capture how every moment felt in the most authentic and beautiful way possible. When I’m not doing my dream job (photography, obvi!) you can find me doing home improvement projects, eating my weight in sushi, snuggling my cat Teddy, and binging whatever reality TV show I’ve found on Netflix. I love chatting about all of the wedding tips and tricks I’ve learned over the years, and adore hearing wedding planning details, so if want to grab a cup of coffee (my treat!) to chat about your amazing day and how I could be a good fit, please reach out!

Awarded Best of Zola
Shanoah photographed our intimate wedding at the Steam Plant in Spokane, WA, and she exceeded all expectations! I was in my final year of nursing school in Minnesota when we got engaged, so planning a wedding out of state came with challenges. Shanoah was incredibly helpful throughout the process. We had our initial consultation over Zoom, and right away, I felt confident in her approach. I wanted a photographer who captured clear, well-lit photos that felt authentic and made us feel comfortable. Shanoah was exactly that. We immediately clicked, and we decided to book her Silver Wedding Photography Experience, which included 8 hours of coverage, a second shooter for 2 hours, a 30-minute engagement session, and a No. 2 Album. Since we were in Minnesota for most of our engagement, we had engagement photos taken by a different photographer. Shanoah was so accommodating, allowing us to skip the engagement session and upgrade our album to No. 3 instead. Shanoah was always prompt and eager to collaborate. She provided her Complete Bridal Guide, a resource full of advice on everything from engagement photo outfits to wedding day timelines. It helped me tremendously, especially when planning family portraits and making sure I didn’t miss any key moments. In the weeks before the wedding, Shanoah sent two detailed questionnaires. One asked for a list of specific family groupings for photos, and while it was a lot to organize, on the wedding day, I didn’t have to worry about missing anyone. Shanoah made sure to capture every request. The second questionnaire asked important questions about our wedding details, helping her tailor her approach to fit our needs and blend seamlessly with our guests. On the wedding day, Shanoah arrived with a smile—and coffee for both the bride and groom! She communicated her plan clearly, explained what she would be doing, and helped with everything from fixing dresses to teaching my maid of honor how to arrange my veil. She gave us gentle prompts, helping us feel relaxed while capturing meaningful moments. Even when family members stepped in to direct photo lineups or adjust dresses, Shanoah remained gracious and professional. She kindly offered suggestions when necessary to keep things on track, always respectful and joyful. If we wanted a spontaneous photo, she was quick to jump in, ready to capture the moment with enthusiasm. The sneak peeks Shanoah sent us were stunning—far beyond what we had imagined! When we received the full gallery, we were blown away by the beautiful, timeless photos. We spent hours pouring over hundreds of pictures, many of which were candid shots of our guests. It was so special to see these moments, as we didn’t have much time with everyone on the day. Shanoah captured so many precious memories, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Thank you, Shanoah Bri Photography, for your hard work and dedication to our wedding day. We will cherish these photos forever!

I have a few pieces of advice for brides, but two of my biggest are... One, hire a videographer. The day goes by so quickly, you will want the memories on video. And two, HIRE GRACE MEDIA AS YOUR VIDEOGRAPHER! My husband and I were blown away by how they were able to capture our day and vibe and put it into one of the most beautifully shot videos I've ever seen! Aaron and his team really listened to what we wanted and put everything together better than I could have dreamed of - I truly can't thank them enough!

Joshua Jacob Creative

  • Videographer

  • Starts at $2,500
  • Serves Veradale, WA

Our wedding business started out with me shooting a wedding video for a very dear friend of mine in 2017. I posted the video to a Facebook business page and BOOM! It received 200,000 views and we started receiving hundreds of inquiries from couples around the PNW. Every year I would book 30-40 weddings doing photo and video for couples. When COVID struck, we had a year crashing into the next year. We had to adapt. So I grew our company to 8 teams of pro photographers/videographers to cover weddings around the US. There is nothing better than capturing love on the biggest day ever. Every day we are thankful to be able to do this.

Awarded Best of Zola
Joshua Jacob Creative’s team were the perfect videographers and photographers for our wedding day. Their communication style was open, insightful, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. The quality of their work was truly dedicated, brilliant, and the final product was absolutely gorgeous. They truly embraced the beauty that surrounded our wedding, and as a bride who had no idea what to do, I had so much appreciation for the team that helped alleviate my nerves. Josh even pulled me aside at one point, being the only one who noticed I was having an emotional moment of missing my father who couldn't be there, and he helped me work through the tears and the song that reminded me of my father. We are thrilled with the final video as well as the photos and will cherish it forever. Thank you guys I wish nothing but the best for the future of the team!!

Not only were they the only venue to respond to me in a timely manner, they also checked all my boxes. It’s a big enough space for a lot of people, but still small enough to feel intimate. The communication was great. Most important to me is they do everything for you! By that I mean they cater there, they have a full bar and bartender, they help coordinate, set up and take down (no cleaning for me at the end of my wedding!!) and they have a coordinator day of who stays with you and helps everything move along the whole time. You cannot go wrong if you choose them as your venue. I highly recommend.

I am a true lover of love, as cheesy as it sounds. Truthfully if I could attend weddings as a guest and just experience everyones amazing love stories for free, I totally would, but I think being a wedding photographer is the next best thing. Getting to know my clients is a top priority so I can provide the best service possible on your big day. I believe in not taking life too seriously and having fun so I'm also going to make sure I do everything I can to keep you smiling on your wedding day! I will capture all the special moments, big and small, and also remind you to drink water cause hydration is important 😉

Awarded Best of Zola
Our photographer was one of my top priorities our wedding because I knew I wanted some amazing photos to look back on with my husband. I loved Abby's work from previous years at our wedding venue and man did she deliver for our wedding as well! I was worried about being in front of the camera because I can be awkward when I know photos are being taken, but I honestly barely noticed Abby floating around the venue all day, and she got so many incredible candid shots! And when we did work with her as a couple, she put up with my stubborn husband and our first look photos are some of my favorite photos from the whole day. She listened and followed through with all of my requests for types of photos and what was important to me for the wedding, and we loved her laidback and funny personality that put us both at ease on such a chaotic day. I still look at the photos all the time and loved all of her edits that she took the time to do for us. We loved her work at the wedding so much that we took family photos with our dogs later that fall as well, and they turned out amazing for our Christmas card! We will definitely be going back to Abby for all of our photography needs on the Palouse!

I’m a photographer based in Spokane, WA and I'm all about capturing good times & genuine love w/rad people. “LIVE TO CREATE” is my life motto. I’m the loud introvert, with wild brown hair, who while taking your photo will squeal and freak out behind the camera because of how cute y’all are! I’m an avid cleaner and firm believer of a to-do list. I have a deep love for adventure in the outdoors. I try to spend my days mountain biking, skiing, and hiking! Don’t let that fool you tho, I also love pop culture and scrolling TikTok, keep up with my own 10-step skincare routine, and am a total homebody. Life’s about balance, right?!

Hannah is a brilliant photographer with all of the skills to meet your needs. She is super talented, has an eye for capturing people and moments at their best and is excellent at directing and posing crowds. As a kid it never dawned on me that my obsession with polaroid film, disposable cameras and old family photographs would lead me to being a full time wedding photographer, but here we are and boy do I feel lucky. So who the heck am I? I'm the kid who sat next to you in your high school art class that was WAY too excited for our next project. I'm that friend who loves to laugh till they cry over a silly Parks and Rec meme. I love meeting new people (and will totally hug you the first time I meet you!) and I'll be the old lady who is pretty darn proud of every wrinkle that came her way from smiling way too much.

I’ve worked with Jenny several times in a professional capacity, and she is an absolute pleasure to work with. She’s so kind and warm and makes everyone feel welcome. Not to mention, she’s fantastic at what she does. You won’t regret hiring her for any reason.

Emma is absolutely incredible and such a treat to work with. Not only is she talented at snapping photos and editing, but she is amazing at posing you and making you feel comfortable. My husband and I are not usually comfortable in front of a camera, but she made the experience so much fun and we were able to let loose and enjoy our shoots. On our wedding day, Emma and her assistant were so tentative and supportive. Emma was my hype women. Making me feel beautiful and comforted on such an emotional morning. The creativity she brings to a shoot is unmatched. Even with just a dress and some flowers to work with, she makes true art that is full of motion and personality. She is just lovely! Her assistant, Jen, sprinted all over the venue to get me tissues and followed me with a white table cloth to tuck under my dress, ensuring it stayed clean on our rainy wedding day. She even held my sister's baby during photos to help things go smooth. Even out guests noticed how insanely accommodating she was, and had many compliments to give. You will adore Pop of Pure Photography! Be sure to check out their Instagram @pop.of.pure.photography for current displays of Emma's work!

Flower Moxie – Do-It-Yourself Wedding Flowers

  • Florist

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

Awarded Best of Zola
Because of all the florals already there due to the nature of the venue, and all the florals and plants they filled in, I didn’t feel the need to have a ton of florals, so I did them myself! I found Flower Moxie here on Zola and they were so great! If you are thinking about DIY’ing your florals, I would definitely recommend looking into Flower Moxie! They have some set packages you can chose from, but I upgraded to the highest personalized package and it was so worth it. I got to have a phone call with the florist and they put together a custom package, and they definitely killed it, the flowers were exactly what I had in mind. There were so many resources and they went through everything so well I felt so prepared and we had almost no issues putting all the florals together. All of our florals still looked fresh and beautiful on our wedding day, and some of the florals in our arch arrangements lasted WEEKS. A word of caution though: it is definitely a lot of work, so just ensure that you have enough time in town before your wedding (i.e. you can’t fly in the day before your ceremony, if you are traveling to that location) and enough people to help you (for putting together, transporting and anything day of). I actually really enjoyed getting to do my florals myself, and would highly recommend if you are creative and DIYing your wedding!
