Hi couples! My name is Ari, and I was just like you not too long ago! Searching for the right vendor to fulfill my dessert table desires! Unfortunately, I never found the right fit for my budget, so I ended up making most of the desserts on my own THE NIGHT BEFORE THE WEDDING!! (10/10 do not recommend) POPS! Truffles & Confectionery’s goal is to take the stress off of you by providing exceptional quality and taste at an affordable cost. Maxine is the Pastry Chef behind Baked By Max. She attended Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island and received her Associates in Baking & Pastry Arts. Once graduated, Maxine returned to the Seattle area to work in local bakeries to master her skills. She created Baked By Max in 2020 and has grown to provide delicious desserts to the Greater Seattle area.

Hi, I’m Casey. I run this. I moved to Seattle in 2014 and yet, don’t consider myself a local. Willing to get a tree tattoo to expedite the process. I started PREMIUM CARBS because I honestly got tired of carbs receiving a bad rap over the years plus the many many people who've encouraged me to start my own operation.
