Hi, I’m Marian—mom of two, creative soul, and the heart behind Rose & Brie Charcuterie. I started this business with a simple mission: to bring people together around beautiful, delicious food without the stress. At Rose & Brie, we believe that food should be both a feast for the eyes and the heart. Every board is crafted with care, intention, and a whole lot of love. Making gatherings more beautiful (and more delicious!) is what drives me every day.

Welcome to Mama Gina Catering, an Authentic Italian Food Experience. All my menu items include the most amazing Italian flavors taught to me by my Nana from when I was a little girl. My grandparents, born & raised in Italy came to this country by way of Ellis Island. I loved listening to the stories they told with their Italian friends most of which spoke broken English. All of my teachings were hands on not hand written “little of this & little of that" then tasting until you are happy. To this day that is how I cook because Italian Food is all about fresh ingredients, heart, taste and a deep love of cooking.

The first Buca di Beppo opened its doors in 1993 in the basement of a Minneapolis apartment building. Since then, we’ve grown to over 100 locations worldwide. Our mission is to capture the fun and enthusiasm of an authentic Italian gathering along with delectable food!

At Chemical X, we serve up cocktails with intention, delicious dinners that hits the spot, thorough planning & anything else you might need for your big day! Chemical X also offers non-denominational wedding ceremony officiant services. Our owner/operator, Elizabeth, 30, has been in the service industry for over a decade, finding her true calling as a Bartender when she migrated to Cleveland in 2015. She has competed in various cocktail competitions, became a Tales of The Cocktail alumni, acquired her TIPs, ServSafe & Bar Smarts certificates & opened Chemical X, a one stop shop for all your event needs!
