As the son of lifetime restaurateurs, Caleb Blackerby came home from college with a business degree and a great love of food. Using the kitchen at Blackerby’s Hangar 5 for over seven years, hundreds of weddings, thousands of corporate events - The First Class Catering team has refined a seamless service style that will make every event a success.

We booked First Class Catering for our food and bartender for our wedding. The food was delicious and the drinks were great! I would definitely recommend them for any wedding. The price was really not bad for why we got and having both food and bartending services.

Great pricing and great bar service! The glassware and matte black place settings made our tables look amazing! Caleb and Rachel were great at communicating with us and they have a great client portal where you can view/sign contracts, message, and pay. They traveled to Bloomington for our wedding!

I cannot say enough good things. The food was delicious, the people were friendly and classy and the entire process was so easy. The wide selection made it so hard to narrow down my menu but what we ended up choosing was nothing short of perfect!! If you want delicious food with a great team behind it, choose first class!!
