I have been photographing most of my life but VanDee Photo was born in 2021 I am located in NW OH and primarily serves this area- but have never turned down the chance to travel. I specialize in a very hands off documentary approach which is the BEST for anyone who feels like maybe staring into the lens is a bit awkward (Guilty!) This specialty gives me the freedom to document life as it is. I am a giant sucker for reality tv shows, but not the crazy drama ones. Vacations are my jam, and my favorite is our annual week long trip to the Smokies on our Harley. This is all a dream. At 39 I bought a $50 camera off ebay just because. Almost immediately I won an award, started participating in galleries, and was published online. After a few years of being encouraged by others, I made the decision to go full time.
