Since 1994 we've been a family-owned business. My parents owned and operated a uniform and linen factory that is still in operation today. In 2001, they opened a linen rental business in downtown Chamblee that serviced the most prestigious clients in the Atlanta area. From Turner Field to Bacchanalia we learned the ins and outs of being hospitable to the hospitality industry. In 2016, we sold the business, and in 2017 we renamed the space to Factory Atlanta. We want to work with people who have a vision for their project, their big day, or their milestone event.

We can host up to 160 seated guests and 240 standing with ample amount of FREE Parking. We can help you bring your special day to life with our separate prep kitchen, spacious restrooms, built-in bar and DJ booth, and we even have a separate Bridal Suite. Our seasoned staff is here to help you create the day of your dreams! We have different packages to suit every need with additional things you can add to elevate your event. Our seating is amphitheater style and the “stage” doubles as a dance floor! Our theater already has a pro sound system and pro lighting, making set up easy and ensuring YOU will be “the show” on your big day. When we’re not hosting weddings, The Atlanta Theater presents comedy shows, productions, podcasts, and much more - so you’re in very cool company! Lazy Betty is the culmination of the Hsu family's, along with Chef Aaron Phillips, love for food and community. Siblings Howard, Anita, and Ron Hsu were instilled with this passion from their mother, Betty, who welcomed friends and family to her restaurant as if it were her home. Chef Ron brings the experience he developed while working in kitchens all over the world, including his time as Creative Director at Le Bernardin, the world-renowned NYC restaurant that has garnered three Michelin stars and four stars from The New York Times.

The 4,000-square-foot gallery exhibits paintings in an open setting with high ceilings and pristine white walls. Demand for the work of its artists has established the gallery as a destination for fine art.
