Owner and chef Stacie Blouin-Grondin founded Cake & Co. in 2010, and creates irresistible cakes to mark each milestone event in your life. Starting with well tested recipes, each cake is made entirely from scratch using fresh, all natural ingredients. The simple ingredients of butter, sugar, flour, eggs, and cream turn into the most glorious cake layers and fillings.

Petrova Chocolates was established in 2020 and since then we have been focusing on creating eye-catching, artisanal chocolate bonbons, truffles, chocolate bars and caramels with unique flavor combinations. Our chocolates are the perfect sweet touch to every event whether as a guest gift, a chocolate dessert table set-up or as a delicious name tag at every guest's seat. CHIC is a culmination of my retail, styling, and design background. Truthfully, the idea of this little biz was created while on lockdown during the pandemic, a little unorthodox I know, but I was determined. I identified this gap in the market the summer prior... after struggling to find a pretty dessert cart for an event at my client's new business launch. Viola! CHIC cotton candy was born, serving the cosmopolitan Boston market; giving a traditional childhood treat-- a chic upgrade. Wherever the party is, we want to be there for you! xo
