We are an open concept venue, and we encourage couples to make our venue their own. Our package grants full access to the event space (the barn and surrounding lawn areas) to clients, vendors, and guests. Each wedding booked will come with the use of the venue and property for approximately two days, and is great for couples who want sufficient time for proper set-up and tear-down before and after their event. Take time to enjoy these special moments with your loved ones! Facility use hours are from 12 PM-4 PM the day before the wedding, and from 10 AM-11 PM the day of your event. Set-up is welcome and suggested the day prior to the event. Use of our rustic farm-style wood tables and wood benches for up to 120 people will also be included in your package if desired.

The Copper K Barn is a beautiful barn that was built in the late 1800's for mining and was later used by my family for ranching. Gallatin River Hideaway is Bozeman, Montana’s top two event venues. We are situated on 88 acres on the Gallatin River and offer 2 incredible venues, "Creekside" and “Bridalveil”. We are LGTBQIA friendly. All are welcome here! Each venue is approximately 6 acres and are completely independent with separate entrances and parking lots. Both Creekside and Bridalveil offer the option of “indoor” or outdoor use. The pavilions can be opened for an outdoor feel, or closed for a cathedral atmosphere.
