Andrea, founder of Rare Bird Collective, began her career as a creative project manager in advertising and spent over 12 years working for some of the best hospitality groups in the country. She helped open several James Beard-nominated restaurants and worked for Relais & Châteaux properties. She has worked in every capacity of events from intimate birthday celebrations to large high-profile weddings, VIP and backstage parties for internationally touring musicians to the Nobel Peace Prize Forum, and everything in between.

Callie has known that she has wanted to plan events since she was in high school. She has always had a knack for planning and executing events. Callie is a CWEP (Certified Wedding and Event Planner) and possesses a Bachelors of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of North Texas. She has over eight years of experience in the field not only with owning CGWE, but also working for various DFW vendors and venues and has had the honor of interning for celebrity wedding planner, David Tutera, twice on his bridal show circuit.

Hi, I'm Julie! I have been wedding planning and coordinating for about 9 years, 5 of those years being with my mother and her wedding business! I absolutely love what I do. I'm here for you to help you create the dream wedding you've always envisioned.

Sarah has been planning events of all sizes for nearly 20 years. Her background in planning events started in the nonprofit industry in 2004, when she was responsible for coordinating the annual Shake it for Shelter fundraising event at COMPASS for Kids for several years. At Cradles to Crayons, Sarah oversaw all of the organization's signature events, including the 700-person annual Backpack-a-thon and the largest fundraiser of the year, the "Un-Gala". Sarah also worked at Facing History and Ourselves, where she planned their annual 900-person benefit dinner and advised their ten company offices on event strategy and execution.

Our most favorite part of wedding planning is being there for Brides, Grooms, and their families - from providing a neutral second opinion about decorations to wedding dress shopping when the MOH was unavailable. I’m a Boston-based nonprofit professional by day and wedding coordinator by weekend! I love all things weddings and the celebration of two people deciding to spend their lives together. My wedding coordination journey began when my former boss asked if I could coordinate her wedding, having seen my skills in planning and coordinating events for work.
