Our open vendor policy allows for the renter to customize the decor, menu, and entertainment as they see best fit. The timber frame barn was built in 1905. It is 3,300 square feet and can comfortably seats 200 guests, with plenty of room for dinner and dancing. In 2012-2013, it was renovated to restore its original structure. Wagon wheel chandeliers and a unique bar constructed from French wine barrels and the original barn doors were added. The surrounding farmland offers stunning views and sunsets. We have tables, chairs, white china, flatware, ivory or white linen tablecloths and white napkins, burlap runners, mason jars or water glasses, bridal dressing room, and much more. Faraone Brothers Catering offers wonderful food and service. Alcohol is permitted, with use of certified bartenders and licensed security personnel. The barn is a short drive from multiple hotels and B&B's and it has easy access from I-80, I-79, and PA 376. Pittsburgh is less than an hour away.

In 2014 we approached the owner of a farm and asked if he would allow us to use his barn for the greatest day of our lives. Once he said we could, Nikki hit the ground running, and from that point on we worked tirelessly to make her vision a reality. In 2015 our hard work had paid off. Our day arrived, our vows were spoken, the bride got kissed, and our adventure began. Ever since we've wanted to help other couples have the same great experience we had and after six years of searching, we happened upon 115 acres of perfection, and once again Nikki's vision is becoming reality.

The Patch is the small venue for your Big event, up to 100 guest. We specialize in Micro Weddings and Reception as well as Showers and More. We offer outside services Planning, Catering, Officiant and Decorating. Located between Pittsburgh and Erie.

Goodell Gardens & Homestead is a botanical garden and arboretum located in beautiful Edinboro, Pennsylvania. We offer a full schedule of educational and cultural events in addition to our private rentals on select dates. We are now accepting reservations for your 2023 & 2024 celebrations! We are currently scheduling tours on Weekends from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
