The Venue offers a bridal suite complete with h/m stations, smart tv+mini fridge, a masculine grooms cabin with smart tv +mini fridge, a large outdoor ceremony space, an indoor chapel, a large covered porch for cocktail hour, (2) kitchens, bar kitchen, and a large catering kitchen. We have two sets of men’s and women’s restrooms, one set at each end of the building. We also have a fully handicap accessible restroom. We have on site lodging as well as a smaller venue for your rehearsal dinner.

Pavilion weddings held on Saturdays also include an overnight stay in our bridal cottage (check-in 8am on wedding day, check-out at noon on the following day). The Canyon House is a private waterfront home at the back of the property. It seats 60 people inside and 150 adding outdoor space. The Canyon House could also be added onto a pavilion wedding as a groom's house/ overnight lodging for up to 14 people for $1,000 (check-in 8am on wedding day, check-out at noon on the following day).

In addition to the Tiny Chapel there is a 1325 square foot reception hall. It is DIY. You set up and break down. You can rent our tables and chairs if you want. The buildings beautifully blend history and modernity. Crafted from reclaimed wood of three vintage Texas homes, the oldest dating back to 1873, it features modern amenities like Nest controls. We're proud of our low environmental footprint with solar power, rainwater supply, and geothermal AC. You have full access to about 5 acres of the property. It includes: • the main house, with 2000 sqft indoor space + 600sqft outside porch • outside covered pavillion/gazebo for activities, with an additional 600sqft of space, and electric outlets • a couple of short trails to explore • plenty of outside space

Welcome. In 2019 Robbie, Jim and Brandy sat around a patio table jotting down ideas for a venue they had talked about for years. That began the year-long journey to build the venue that they envisioned. Opening in the middle of a pandemic was a setback but Hidden Pines has survived and is ready to host weddings, proms, baby showers, and more! We wanted to have a venue that allowed our clientele to enjoy the hundreds of acreage surrounding the venue. From the moment you turn on the cedar-lined road to the venue you are surrounded by beautiful East Texas panoramic scenery until you arrive at the venue tucked away back in the pines of Mineola, Texas.
