Hello! My name is Tony Coppola and I’d like to take this time to tell you a little bit about myself and CC King Entertainment. I began my musical journey when I was 12 years old as a singer and drummer. Over ten years ago, I built a home recording studio and named it CC King Studio. Shortly after, I DJ’d my first wedding and CC King Entertainment was born! After DJing hundreds of weddings, my business allowed me to leave my 16-year career as an occupational therapist. I started my music education at 8 years old, starting with private piano lessons that spanned 12 years.. leading to a BA in Vocal Performance from Wayne State University, and study abroad in Rome, Italy. I’ve performed as a Soprano soloist/section leader for numerous churches throughout Metro Detroit, and have had the honor of singing with many great bands. I joined Trilogy Band 10 years ago, and truly fell in love with being a part of couples’ special days. There’s nothing like seeing their faces full of joy, and the energy of a packed dance floor! He specializes in feel-good Motown and R&B, but his collection includes a vast variety of other genres. Basically, Dave has a LOT of records and caters the music to your event. Dave is also a musician, producer and communications consultant.
