The owner, Shannon Reaves, decided that the love of baking needed to be extended out to the world. So, she did just that!!! Riverside Canning Co has been in business for 4 years now. Although my cake journey started on 2001. All of my fillings are homemade and award winning. I am certified thru Wilton in cake decorating and fondant work.
