Willow Haven Lodge is a little off the beaten path, and those who venture here love what they find. Incredibly private and quiet - where you can enjoy the serenity of nature and marvel that places like this still exist. On a clear night with no moon - you can see the stars like nowhere else in Ohio. Our newly remodeled log cabin lodge has all the modern amenities that you need to plan a beautiful wedding. We also offer 11 log cabins for you and your guests to stay and enjoy the whole weekend. Six of the log cabins are completely remodeled and have their own bathrooms and kitchenettes. The other 5 log cabins are family style glamping with access to a shower/restroom within 50 feet of each cabin. All our log cabins have central heat and air conditioning! We want your wedding ceremony to be exactly what you want it to be. From flowers to the cake and everything in between - our team leaders will assist all the people and vendors that you desire to handle the setup and timing of the events that will make your day as effortless as possible. When it comes to a wedding barn in the greater Cleveland area - we are the premier choice. Whether you want a simple BBQ or a lavish feast in the Homestead Barn - we have the facility that fits your dream. We have great relationships with vendors that make the planning of your day a breeze. Our partner facilities are all top of the line and can handle just about anything you want when taking care of your guests.

We welcome guests who are planning a wedding, family reunion, graduation, corporate outing, or any other type of celebration. We have a large tent (20 ft. x 100 ft.) on a concrete pad for outdoor events and climate-controlled restroom facilities. The restroom building also has a separate dressing room area. A large pavilion is also available to serve as an area to serve food and beverage. A pergola with a large concrete area is available for the wedding ceremony. We are constructing a 10,000 sq. ft. indoor event center with a January, 2023 estimated completion date. It will include a catering area, bar, bridal suite, additional restrooms and a large patio area next to the pond.

The Retreat at Evans Farms is a beautiful, lush 700 acre farm located between Springfield and Dayton with a little over an hour drive from Columbus and Cincinnati, Ohio. It is the perfect rural setting for a wedding, special event or weekend get-a-way to enjoy the country. It is is a wonderful location for people to celebrate, learn, and explore.

Our space has a lodge like feel with post and beam construction, 2 large fireplaces, a moose head and lots of dark handsome woodwork. 2 of our rooms have large windows overlooking our pond and fountain. We have 2 bars, and 38 outside tables. Our front patio has a large stone gas fireplace and our back patio overlooks the pond.

Timeless Charm Weddings is set on 83 beautifully wooded acres in Southwest Ohio, a short drive from Dayton or Cincinnati. We have many unique sites including a swinging bridge, beautiful waterfall, magnificent stream, natural spring fed pond with fountain, and a majestic forest canopy. You can say your “I dos” at one of two amphitheaters, or in our charming open-air chapel. The Grand Lodge boasts a floor to ceiling fireplace, chandeliers, and a beautiful wood and stone interior. Outside you’ll find a covered pavilion perfect for cocktail hour and a relaxing firepit as your day winds down. Our open-air Waterfront Veranda is perfect for couples who wish to remain immersed in an outdoor, intimate setting. Illuminated by elegant lighting, your celebration will continue at the dockside bar with stunning views overlooking the water.
