With the help of family, friends, and even customers, they developed the catering side of the small eatery with a big reputation. We can provide full service including setup, serving of food buffet-style, bartending, and cleanup throughout the facility, or just drop off your food if your budget is tight.

Catering By Tracy was formed in 2007 in Charlotte, NC and exploded when we moved to Lake Norman in 2011. Weddings are our top catering event, along with corporate business, vacation rentals, birthdays, all events you are needing food for. We cook for 12 and go up to 500 Guests?? We have commercial cookers that allow us to cook 20 pork butts, 40 whole chickens, 25 beef butts, 30 racks of ribs, 200 chicken wings All At Once!!!!!!!! We know how to Cook For An Army!!! I have been in love with all things entertaining since I planned my first birthday party at the age of 5! After spending over 15 year perfecting my craft in various areas of the special events industry, I decided to pursue a lifelong passion and attend culinary school. In March of 2019 I graduated from the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York focusing on health supportive cuisine. Each celebration has a signature touch, a personal flair, it is a reflection of who you are interpreted by my hands. It is simply me, Amelia Irene Design.
