I moved to Georgia a decade ago and got engaged about five years into living there. I knew immediately that I wanted to get married back in my home state surrounded by friends and family. Planning a wedding from the opposite end of the country definitely had some challenges, but I knew immediately that I wanted Alycia as my makeup artist. I’ve been following her work since our young days at Nordstrom and have always loved everything she’s done. I was VERY lucky she was able to book me for my special day. “It was very hard to find beauty professionals who wanted to work with my very small wedding party (me and one bridesmaid) but Sarah was really nice and polite and helpful right from the start and she seemed excited to work with me. I was really reassured that she understood right from the start the hairstyle that I wanted and my hair type and got the exact style I wanted on the first try at my hair trial. The day of my wedding she was really communicative and on time and the experience was laid back and perfect. My bridesmaid's hair looked so beautiful and she was so happy that her hair was both gorgeous and that the style was functional since she was helping me and wrangling her two toddlers all day. At my trial, Liv listened so carefully and created the exact look I had hoped for, and somehow on my wedding day it was even better. I also booked facials with her starting six months before the big day, and they were absolutely worth it—my skin looked and felt amazing. My makeup lasted ALL night! On top of all that, Liv is incredibly efficient and kept the entire day stress-free and on schedule. She somehow managed to get myself, 10 bridesmaids, MOB, and MOG all looking absolutely stunning before 3pm without having to start at 6am (bonus!) . She is truly the best!”
