“The Commodore Bar & Restaurant was a mixed bag for our wedding day. While the space was beautiful and the food was amazing, their communication style was lacking and inconsistent throughout the planning process. Our coordinator changed after we signed the contract and no one communicated that with us. I was trying to plan the details and never had any luck with responses. We finally called around to other properties they managed to track down someone who could help. When we finally got introduced to our new contact we were able to finalize our logistics for the day. I would recommend anyone utilizing this venue to have a clear communication plan in place with the staff and confirm the next steps and process to make sure you don't run into any unnecessary stress like I had. The bartenders and day-of coordinator were great, and the venue itself was the star of the show, with lots of compliments from our guests on the beautiful flow and setup. Overall, the Commodore provided a memorable wedding experience, despite some frustrations with the communication throughout the planning process.”
