Greg and I couldn’t be happier with the venue or the service that the Lake House Reception Center provided! We had recently been to another couple’s wedding at a popular venue in Baton Rouge. The food was terrible, the cake was terrible and the over all coordination of the wedding was lacking. Lauren guided me through every step and calmed my nerves about all my concerns. Lauren and her team were top notch!! We even caught a picture of her smiling while she was videoing our first day. Thank you so much for making our day even more special than we could imagine!

Our wedding at Chateau was nothing short of phenomenal. We had our ceremony and reception here, and I wouldn’t change a single thing. We were able to take photos on the golf course before the ceremony and it was gorgeous during golden hour! We loved that our guests didn’t need to drive to a different location between the ceremony and reception. All of the staff are amazing. My husband and I were catered to all night and our drinks were never empty. The food was delicious and the drinks were great too. We loved having the tables, chairs, table cloths, other decor, food, drinks, and more all provided for us. Some venues were charging per table and chair and requiring caterers for food and drinks, so it really made everything much easier to have it all provided by the venue. Any time we had questions leading up to the wedding, the staff was so helpful. I hardly had to worry about a single thing when it came to the venue, because Chateau handled it all for us. I could go on and on about how amazing everything was, but just take my word for it: it was AMAZING. Look no further!!

I highly recommend Crowne Plaza for events! Large ballroom that can also be broken down into smaller spaces if needed. I have produced and coordinated several events there and Crowne Plaza went above and beyond my expectations. Great, friendly staff, great food and the rooms are fantastic. Where do I even begin!!! The Balcony Ballroom has been family to my parents & I for as long as I can remember! I’ve worked so many brides wedding days there and see the way they operate so choosing them for my special day was a no brainer. From the day I booked, through a pandemic (original date 3/28/20), and to my new wedding date (9/18/20) Vanessa, Mike, and Jay were there every step of the way!! They were always a phone call away and helped me with every question or concern that I had! This place is THE. REAL. DEAL!!! They always go above & beyond for every single one of their couples! The food, service and the staff is unbeatable! My guests are still talking about how amazing everything was!! My husband & I can’t thank The Balcony enough for everything they did to make our day PERFECT! We can’t wait to have another celebration there down the road to renew our vows :)

Mrs. Cindy, the Timphony family, & all of the staff here at The Alexander Room are the absolute best. Our wedding went off without a hitch, and was an absolute dream come true. From day one, Mrs. Cindy made sure to check in with our stress levels, and assure us that she would be there for anything we needed. To say we felt special, and taken care of, is such an understatement. The venue is incredible, with a spacious indoor, and a fabulous terrace overlooking the best parts of Metairie. The guests ate up the indoor/outdoor experience, and were all able to mingle very well with the layout. And the food —- off the charts. We got SO many compliments on the food! If you’re hesitating, don’t. This is the place for your special day.

Louisiana Castle It’s such a joy getting married here! The venue is of course beautiful and had many of our guests going “What? A castle?” Everyone loved the experience of being there and being able to take photos on the Castle steps. Yes, it is far from the city, but we warned our guests and they were okay to drive home. This venue was a lot cheaper than others in New Orleans and the food was good as well. We wished we could have tried the food options prior to making selections, but it ended up fine regardless. Dolly is so sweet and makes sure that your financials are on track without being overbearing. Mary was instrumental in making the day go smoothly. My side of the family has a language barrier, and even they thought she was amazing and so easy to work with. She took care of so much and used her experience to make everything run well while also allowing us to do what we wanted as the bride and groom. Our bartenders were running late due to a van breakdown, and the Castle staff got all hands on deck to unload the alcohol and make sure that cocktail hour would still happen as planned. The views here made for the most incredible photos. Even better was staying at the Castle overnight – we got to walk around after all the guests had left, and the views from the Juliette Suite the next morning were gorgeous. The cleanup staff were so considerate and had taken their shoes off so that they wouldn’t wake us up while they cleaned the ballroom! Overall – we had a dream wedding and can’t recommend Louisiana Castle enough.

I am so excited to write this review for the Royal Frenchmen Hotel and Bar Team. We live in Maryland, and while I have family who is local to NOLA, we were taking a chance on a venue we had never visited. But, even working with Chloe before our contract was signed, I felt confident that all of my questions were getting answered, and that even the questions I hadn’t thought to ask, would still be taken care of. And I was right. We worked with their team from June 2023 to our wedding weekend August 2024 and Chloe and I slowly worked through every possible detail before we arrived. We got to visit the venue in January and they were such gracious hosts to us and my family. We even got to meet more of the team, all just as warm and kind. During our visit they treated us to a bar tasting to curate our menu with their award winning bar tenders, as well as had our caterers come in to customize our menu. And the food, was of course New Orleans level taste and quality. DELICIOUS. We were huge fans of all the vendors they suggested, from the band, to the bakeries for our cake, to the amazing photographer and videographer skills you see in the photos attached. They prioritized our needs, and always listened to what we requested, while also providing expert guidance when we weren’t sure what was the best plan. Even in the middle of the thunderstorms that arrived the week leading up to our day, they ensured our plan was in tact with a tent that was so beautifully decorated I couldn’t believe it wasn’t part of the original layout. As our guests arrived to stay for the weekend, and filed in on Saturday for the wedding, we continued to receive such beautiful feedback on how attentive they were to guests before, during, and after the wedding. We plan to continue to be visitors of this awesome hotel and bar to reminisce our magical day, but I want to make sure other couples get the chance to experience the care, warmth, and amazing service provided by the Royal Frenchmen team for their special day.

My fiance and I met on Bourbon St, so we knew we needed to get married there, but we didn't want it to be a spring break style dirty booze fest. We are so lucky to have found the Royal Sonesta, a true hidden gem. Getting married in the courtyard was a dream. The fountain was such a beautiful and elegant touch. Getting to do the Second Line around the hotel (the busiest block) was the coolest thing ever. My guests LOVED IT. The amount of people who stopped and danced with us was unreal. The food was the best I've ever had at a wedding, and so may of my guests told me so. The spread was insane, from cocktail hour to the raw bar...so delicious and epic. Get the chargrilled oyster attendant, people could not stop talking about and I felt so bougie. The cake was included in our wedding package and was absolutely delicious. I can't wait to eat it again on our anniversary! Now the best for last, the Royal Sonesta staff. We planned everything with Olivia, who sadly left a couple weeks before our big day, but Monique handled everything on our wedding day and was the kindest, most attentive queen. We love her forever! The planning process was a breeze, it felt like I was planning an epic party with a good friend. Olivia made an overwhelming process so fun and enjoyable! From the moment I checked in, everyone treated us and our family like royalty. There were so many small thoughtful touches, like cookies waiting in my mother in laws room. I'll cherish that day forever and so much of the reason is because of how special the Royal Sonesta made it.

The Court of Two Sisters team was extremely responsive and easy to work with. Their events programming has its own portal for easy payment. We worked with Raven and she answered all our questions and helped us coordinate our beautiful rehearsal for 34 guests. The food was absolutely delicious, and they adjusted how it was released to time well with our speeches. They were also able to help accommodate food allergies as well. We loved working with their team, and their bar team also created fun unique drinks for our guests! So grateful we chose The Court of Two Sisters.

One major point to any prospective couple, the food is SPECTACULAR! Made on the outdoor grill and brick oven, the culinary experience is a feast for every sense and seriously something our guests (and we) are still talking about! With rain in the forecast as our wedding approached, Karen and Sarah made sure every detail was thought of to ease our nerves, and we had a perfect rain plan that was stunning and perfect! The Paradigm team thinks of every detail so that you can create the day of your dreams. The garden flowers and foliage w ere just divine, the layout was thought out perfectly for our group size, the food was prepared and served without us having to think about a thing and we could just soak in our amazing family and friends, and the love and joy around us! The staff were such a delight and so kind and helpful throughout the evening! We had an absolute BLAST and will remember every second of the perfect day to start our next chapter together. I cannot begin to express how grateful we are to the Intercontiental Hotel for our wedding weekend. The staff from the get-go (parking and bell hops) were so so kind. The front desk staff and managers were so kind. Down to the event staff and the Operations Manager, Brian Parker. They were there for us for anything and everything we needed and treated us as if we were their friends. Our guests and family members even complimented us on how well they were treated by everyone at the hotel. The newly renovated ballroom here is stunning! It was everything we could have ever dreamed of! And we received so many compliments on the food. I would HIGHLY recommend this venue to anyone who is looking for a hotel wedding in the city. Our wedding day was nothing short of magical thanks to everyone at the Chicory! Jenna, Kimberly, and their team did everything to make our day as perfect and stress-free as possible. We chose the Chicory because of its beautiful interior, outdoor space option for our ceremony, and the food; and none of it disappointed on the day of our wedding! They offer so many food options and everything was amazing! Our guests are already raving about how delicious the everything was. My biggest concern about planning a wedding without a wedding planner was how things would work day of, but Kimberly and Jenna took care of everything once we arrived at the venue, so I didn't have to worry about a thing except enjoying my wedding! I can't recommend the Chicory enough!

We loved everything about the Margaret Place. Communication was easy, the owner was quick with responses and accommodating for all of our questions and needs. The space is very modular so you can change the layout/floorplan to your exact desire. We had the ceremony followed by a second line while they flipped the space for the rehearsal. It was all so streamlined and when we got back the space had a whole different vibe. We had the dance floor in the loung, which made it a little more intimate and it looked amazing! THE BEST DECISION we have made throughout our whole wedding process is booking this venue. This place is truly outstanding! The food, the staff, and the character of this place is everything that we could have hoped for. My husband and I were hunting like crazy for the perfect venue for us and The Parlor was exactly that. I remember emailing Ruby throughout the months before our wedding day and she would respond within SECONDS. They truly want to make everything go as easy as possible for you and to make your day memorable. They were attentive to our needs and wants and we honestly felt like we were treated like royalty! THE FOOD! Our guests to this day says that the food was the best food they ever had at a wedding. WOW! The service? PHENOMENAL. Everyone had a smile on their face and they were so quick to help you. There is not a bad thing I could say about this place. My husband and I still reminisce about our day and we agree that it could not have been this good without The Parlor and it's staff. THANK YOU!
