Studio324 can host approximately 80 people for a sit down meal using round dinner tables or closer to 110 with a more informal cocktail set up. A projector and sound system are also available for rent to keep the ideas flowing. The rental rate for the studio is $850 (Fri-Sat) or $650 (Sun-Thur) for up to six hours of time. Our historic venue is located in picturesque downtown Northfield. This former National Guard armory, built in 1915, includes indoor and outdoor spaces and can accommodate ceremonies and receptions. It features tall ceilings, natural light, barn wood trim, and wood floors.

The Kahler Grand offers the historically preserved Elizabethan Ballroom and the modern, space-flexible Heritage Hall; as well as smaller rooms which can accommodate groups of 10 to 450 guests. Our prominent Marriott Ballroom is one of Rochester’s most modern reception venues and is a marvelous location for of up to 250 guests. It is easily accessible next to a parking garage and connected by a skyway that overlooks Peace Plaza.
