However, I would just feel bad for future brides if I didn’t share that you need to be 100% on your timeline and # of people before you book. It is not an advantage to book early with them. Ended up paying about 6 services more than I used because of changes. I added a 4th artist and was totally fine with that fee her making a min of 5 services while keeping pay for all other artists as is, just bit the cost because that makes sense. However, my original contract with the owner had herself doing 5 people. When we added a second artist she was doing 4 but being paid for 5 to honor original contract. When going back to 5 she wanted me to pay again for that person, even though technically she was already being paid for 5 services and she was going to do 5 services…”

“The quality of the hair and make up services provided by Kasha’s team were great! Every bridesmaids, the mother of the bride, and the bride looked outstanding! They did a great job ensuring hair and make up would stay put throughout the day’s festivities. Unfortunately, there was a breakdown in communication and the artists that arrived in the morning of had conflicting schedules, and ultimately fell behind schedule by approximately 30 minutes (even with nearly an hour of catch up and touch up time baked in). When I asked the artists for a revised completion time, they struggled to provide an answer, which required me to make some changes for the next scheduled events. I might recommend touching base with the artists first thing in the morning to make sure everyone’s schedules are aligned.”
