Hi there! I’m Jacquee. I am a licensed esthetician and freelance makeup artist. I was trained in makeup artistry and hair design at Make Up First in Chicago. My esthetics training was completed at the Universal Spa Training Academy in Downers Grove. So now that we’ve got that out of the way let’s talk about what I can help you with! I’m well versed in all areas of makeup from beauty and bridal to commercial, theatrical, and even special effects. I’m just as comfortable working on a film set as I am working with my brides. I enjoy making people feel good about themselves and I put my all into everything I do.

I am a small business that only accepts one wedding per day. You will get personal attention. I work every wedding myself and only hire same level artists to accompany me. You will never get students or apprentice artists when you hire me.

    Jacquee was AMAZING to work with! She completely understood the vibe I was going for with my look and my mom's and bridesmaids' looks. She really listens and takes into account what her clients are asking for and their inspiration points. The morning of the wedding she and her assistant artist arrived exactly on time and they were both relaxed and friendly as they worked their magic. They made the morning run so smoothly. We all felt absolutely beautiful, and our hair and makeup LASTED through the entire evening. Could not have been more pleased!!

    I am so glad I used Jacquee as my makeup artist on my wedding day. My bridesmaids and I are South Indian with brown skin. I asked Jacquee how confident she was with color-matching before I chose her, and she responded with professionalism and confidence. I appreciated her patience and for taking the time to respond with such kindness. Jacquee did an excellent job of color-matching our skin tones and making us look both natural and radiant at the same time! She also did my trial for me on the same day I was supposed to do engagement session photos and was accommodating to my schedule. If I wasn't sure how I felt about something (whether it was the eye shadow shade, lip color, lashes, etc), she would make adjustments until I felt good about myself. I had the best experience with her. I highly recommend using Makeup By Jacquee for your makeup needs. She is highly professional and knows what she's doing. She will definitely make you feel beautiful. :)
