The Love Shack is a photographic location, small event space, and live-in show home in Brooklyn, New York City. Maximum capacity for cocktail style events is 50 while for a seated dinner setting it's 22 on one long table or 32 on two long tables (requires removing furniture and takes up the majority of the space.) An experiment in the possibilities of loft living, surreality and commercial space, Alexander Love designed and built two life-size dollhouses in an ex-industrial building in Bushwick, Brooklyn.

The House of the Redeemer is a cultural and historical treasure to the neighborhood on the Upper East Side of New York City, offering a unique setting for reflection, study, fellowship, and prayer. It is a place apart, providing worship and hospitality for individuals seeking spiritual renewal. The House is a perfect location for weddings with a guest list of 100 or less. Our chapel on the second floor can hold up to 30 people with ease for small intimate wedding ceremonies. For larger weddings, the Library provides the perfect backdrop for a ceremony and can seat up to 100. An outside courtyard is an option for cocktails during warmer months, while The Refectory will accommodate 80 for a seated formal dinner.

The Italian Academy for Advanced Studies is a fellowship program for post-doctoral scholars, who work in offices on the fourth and fifth floors of Columbia University's Casa Italiana building, the Academy's home on the main Morningside campus. (We also produce a variety of prestigious public events.) The building is located on Amsterdam Avenue just south of 118th Street. Wedding celebrations are most often in the Teatro, the 2nd-floor 2000-sq-foot ballroom with an adjacent outdoor terrace. We give several options for superb full-service caterers who consistently provide excellent food and service at fair prices. The Italian Academy provides a Public Safety guard, custodial cleaner, optional chairs and AV equipment, and a house manager to assist with making your planning easy and pleasant. The Alhambra Ballroom is a historic venue first established during the early 1930's. Many jazz greats such as Miles Davis and Dizzy Gillespie have played in the space. Much of the history has been preserved with some modern touches. The space has hosted many infamous individuals such as Netflix's, The Irishman and Marcus Samuelsson. The venue has more than just one vibe because we are flexible. Our staff has the ability to change the venue so that it molds to your dream event. Archaeologist, anthropologist, ceramist, scholar and antiquarian, Mercer built Fonthill both as his home and as a showplace for his collection of tiles and prints. The first of three Mercer buildings in Doylestown, Fonthill served as a showplace for Mercer’s famed Moravian tiles. Designed by Mercer, the building is an eclectic mix of Medieval, Gothic, and Byzantine architectural styles. Your guests will be amazed when they enter the tree-lined grounds and visit this amazing castle.

The building is steeped in history and reflected in the original wood moldings, hand carved mahogany staircase, and mercer tiled fireplaces. Each of our 16 guest rooms was designed to have a look and feel that is entirely unique from the rest. The vibe is intimate, cozy, and warm. Built By Dimmick Drake in 1906, Castle Inn was the last of the great hotels to be built in Delaware Water Gap, Pennsylvania. Tourists flocked to the Gap to escape the summer heat and enjoy the beauty of the Delaware River. Designed by German architect Robert Brueckner, Castle Inn was constructed of poured concrete and timber beams, a European construction technique unusual in the United States at the time.

The Mariner Estate, located in Great Neck, NY is a historic event rental space. The building is adorned with antique fixtures and intricate moldings inside and out with large windows that bathe the hardwood floors in natural light. I firmly believe that you cannot concentrate and give supreme customer service when there are multiple activities going on the same day. When you rent Bell Gate, you are getting every nook and cranny, and that allows us to play a little bit. We can have a cocktail hour at the pool, but move dinner to the barn, and it feels like you’ve changed venue’s completely.
