Welcome to The Benji! We are a family owned Victorian Bed & Breakfast and wedding & event venue since 1994. Built in 1888 this Queen Anne Victorian home is on the National Register of Historic Places. Our historic B&B is ideal for staycations, elopements, groups, romantic getaways, singles, families or as a destination while cruising the coast. We have five uniquely decorated guest rooms all with their own private bathroom and view. Rent the whole B&B to accommodate up to 14 for your family, friends, your wedding party or for a retreat.

Complete with stained glass windows from the property’s time as a nunnery, The Chapel now serves as an indoor ceremony or event space that opens directly to the private Rose Garden with Gazebo. Newly-remodeled in 2021, our Formal Dining Room seats up to 24 at one long farm table, We offer all the accessories your dream table scape may need, including sterling silver serving dishes, leaded crystal stemware, and various bone China & coordinating flatware colors to choose from.

Red Barn Studios is a charming countryside wedding venue found in Chehalis, WA. The property is conveniently located midway between Seattle and Portland, making it ideal for guests traveling from either direction. Here, you’ll find a renovated gothic barn originally built in 1937. Each corner of this gorgeous 25-acre farm feels perfect for a milestone celebration, including your wedding ceremony and reception. Secluded by forests, rolling hillsides, and grassy lawns, the venue is perfect for you and your guests to enjoy an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Formerly the St. Helens Fox Theatre, City Farm Chehalis has been majestically transformed and restored into a unique Western Washington landmark. Originally a Ford Dealership, City Farm Chehalis is history like no other. Combined with historic art from ancient exotic lands, City Farm transports you into another world making any event a one-of-a-kind experience. Works of art from the 18th and 19th century abound while period furniture compliments the décor. The building features Italian Renaissance paintings, which adorn the acoustic coves, and over 50 chandeliers including Lucille Ball’s dining room treasure. Palatial hand-carved pillars accent the first floor and intricate royal facades surround the stage and dance floor upstairs. Classical architectural medallions, ornate mouldings and motifs, old-growth wood and brick abound. The Beacon-Seaside is a spacious venue, which turned 100 years old in 2020. It is located in the heart of downtown Seaside, Oregon, underwent a 5 and a half year transformation. The renovation was completed in 2019. The original floor was preserved, creating warmth and elegance to enhance your special event. You'll be a close walk to the beach, just 4 and a half blocks away. Many hotels, restaurants, and other attractions are near. We offer catering and bar options as well as set up and clean up for additional costs.

The Historic Lord Mansion and Coach House, located in Olympia's South Capitol Neighborhood, offers an elegant atmosphere and intimate setting with is beautiful architectural features and grounds, provides a memorable backdrop and setting for your wedding. The versatility of the property allows you to craft a special ceremony and/or reception to meet your desired needs and budget. You can have an indoor ceremony for lovely reception space within the Mansion's main living room and formal dining room. The second floor offers rooms for your party to prepare on your special day. You can also choose to have your ceremony on the front lawn in front of the grand entrance with side doric columns. For smaller weddings or those on a budget, we offer rental of our adjacent Coach House with maple hardwood floors and built in buffet counter. Rentals include setup and take down of our inventory of tables and chairs! Event supply decorations are available to rent!
