While our roots still hold firm to a rich farming heritage that yields fresh fruits and vegetables, and jams and jellies, we also share the rustic beauty of Neltner’s Farm for weddings, group events, our Fall Fest and more. So let us host your special day, and enjoy the warmth of sincerity that has nurtured our farm for six generations. The month of October is soley for our Fall Fest. During this time we do not rent out our space.

The OT Farms is available for rental on a year-round basis. Each rental and event is structured as a one of a kind experience. Offering a two day weekend package allows you sufficient time to build the event of your dreams. No event should be rushed and The OT Farms believes heavily in this concept. Through a combination of your vendors, coordinators and The OT Farms staff, we strive to make your event one for the ages.  With the typical weekend package you can begin decorating on Day 1 and hold your rehearsal with dinner that evening. On Day 2 bridal party guests may begin arriving at 9 a.m. to prepare for the big day. We believe your day should be as stress free as possible. We focus on the quality of your big day than ushering quantity in and out of our doors. We want you to take advantage of our three day rental to maximize your event potential. Boone County Distilling Company is a wedding venue located in Independence, Kentucky. Newly completed, this Event Center is an expansion of the original distillery in Boone County. Featuring three flexible event spaces, the venue accommodates both intimate casual affairs and large formal parties. The Event Center is also a stop on The Bourbon Trail and hosts tastings at the Freiburg & Workum Bar.

The Retreat at Evans Farms is a beautiful, lush 700 acre farm located between Springfield and Dayton with a little over an hour drive from Columbus and Cincinnati, Ohio. It is the perfect rural setting for a wedding, special event or weekend get-a-way to enjoy the country. It is is a wonderful location for people to celebrate, learn, and explore.

Our space features over 100 year old trees, a beautiful pond, cows, and a grouping of apple trees. This bridal suite was designed by the owner's father, who is the 'artist' behind our name, and all of the paintings within the bridal suite were made by him. We work with an amazing tent company that can provide a covered reception, which is recommended.

The Shepard Place is a rustic wedding venue located in Casstown, OH. This historic venue was built in 1920 and was run by the Shepard family for 90 years. The place acted as both the family’s trade and residence, and throughout the years, they created a wonderful site rich in memories and traditions.

The Gallery, Downtown Piqua’s newest and best-equipped event venue. Adapted from a former mid-century social club, we bring the glamour of an opulent ballroom to the 21st century with a polished aesthetic. Featuring a grand staircase, dome ceiling, and stylish atmosphere, weddings, large-scale parties, and corporate events will all feel at home in our newly renovated space. Our capacity of 200-250 guests and convenient location in the heart of Piqua’s downtown will accommodate almost any group.

Grass-fed beef, pork, and poultry are raised here. They also grow a variety of flowers and vegetables. So much growth and vitality make this venue an attractive proposition for engaged couples. We are newly built venue that opened in July of 2021. If you are looking for a "chic & classy" venue with quiet, picturesque views and beautiful sunsets, Ivory Meadows is your place! With natural rolling meadows, you will be in awe from the moment you pull into the winding driveway viewing the white barn on top of the hill. The lush green grass surrounds the venue with also a 2 acre wild flower field. When couples walk inside, they love the almost 30 foot high ceiling and the 5 aged iron elegant chandeliers. Our couples love the " white distressed shiplap" on the 3 walls and the ceiling, creating a beautiful backdrop for pictures. This blank canvas allows couples to create the look that they desire! Black Walnut Grove Estate is located on a historic family farm in West College Corner, Indiana just a few minutes west of Oxford, Ohio. This beautiful country estate features a historic 19th-century farmhouse, a rustic timber frame, post and beam constructed barn with hand-hewn wood throughout, and a mid-century two-bedroom guest cabin. Although the house and barn are no longer part of a functioning farm, the current owner has transformed the 11-acre grounds into a cozy and elegant venue, complete with plenty of vintages and rustic charm, for weddings and other events.

At Pyramid Hill Sculpture Park & Museum we are ready to take your day from special to unforgettable. Pyramid Hill Sculpture Park Museum is a 300+ acre outdoor sculpture park and indoor museum founded by Harry T. Wilks in 1997. Pyramid Hill is a 501(c)3 not for profit museum whose mission is to “Bring People to Art in Nature.” The vision is to inspire and educate our diverse visitors in a world renowned setting of art and nature and to be a catalyst for dialog, collaboration and contemplation. The Elisha Morgan Mansion is a Flemish Bond brick farm mansion, built in 1817, and stands as a treasured historic landmark in the City of Fairfield. It has been determined that the house, as it presently stands, was constructed in three stages. The original Federal-style front portion, facing Ross Road, was built for Elisha Morgan in 1817. The second Greek Revival-style extension was added in 1858 by David Hueston. There is also a one-story third addition with a shed roof.

Standing the test of time since the 1800’s, the Baum Opera House has played a significant role in the life and history of Miamisburg. Constructed by Charles Baum, a German immigrant and businessman, it began as the Star City Opera House, one of the finest in Ohio. For 135 years the Opera House has contributed to the culture and history of the city and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
