While the interior of the property doesn’t reflect the layout of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, it does contain a few replicas. The Gardens were originally created for Cator Woolford, one of the principal founders of Retail Credit Company (now Equifax, Inc.), and were redesigned in 1996 as a series of outdoor "rooms."
