Jackie is a Pastry Chef based in Louisville, Kentucky. In June 2021, Jackie was crowned Food Network’s Best Baker in America. Jackie is a true Kentuckian through and through. A coal miner’s daughter and Prestonsburg native, Jackie was born and raised in a “holler” in Eastern KY. She attributes her work ethic and passion for her craft to her mother and grandmothers.

I've recently started sharing my family's all time favorite dessert, my chunkolate chip cookie cake, as well as a variety of drop cookies from your classic chocolate chip to unique flavors like banana pudding and hummingbird cake cookies.
