Doozie Doez is a small bakery in Utica. We are a small scale bakery specializing in cakes, cookies and cobblers. We offer a wide variety of desserts bringing any ideas to life. We do wedding cakes, shower cakes, or cakes for any occasion. We also have a bakery bus available to set up on site.

Doozie Doez works with all customers to bring exactly what they want. We use fresh ingredients and try to shop local as often as possible. With our bakery bus, it gives us unlimited opportunities. We offer delivery, setup & a complimentary anniversary cake for your first anniversary.

    Can't wait to have more goodies made from here! The lemon-blueberry cake was elegate and tasty! Our cupcakes were in all of our favorite flavors and were a total hit with all of our guest. Hannah was a sweetheart to work with and had no worries on our wedding day about our order!
