Kendall (DJ Warm Advice) really was the icing on the cake of our wedding. Before the big day, she was great about communicating with us to make sure she played all the songs we wanted and that she could provide the right atmosphere for our special day. My friends are still talking about how wonderful the music was. Kendall is so easy to work with and very affordable. I would recommend her to anyone for their big day.

The Good Kidds

4.7

  • DJ
  • Starts at $1,500
  • Serves Slaughter, LA for additional fees

A Chicago based DJ that has worked events in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, New York City, Miami, and Internationally. He likes to draw from from his roots in Houston, New Orleans and current home of Chicago to create a fun atmosphere for his clients. Graduate of Xavier University of Louisiana and Tulane University in New Orleans, this former social worker knows a good party.

DJ Chriss was so great to work with for my husband and I's wedding day. We really took our time to create a more modern wedding playlist from ceremony, to cocktail hour, and into reception as we wanted a more upbeat and lively atmosphere that is in sync with who we are as a couple rather than your standard classic wedding playlist we've heard over and over that we can't really dance to the way we would like. He listened to us and appreciated the list we sent over while understanding our taste and adding some songs to it throughout the wedding day that made for an amazing time that our guests can't stop talking about! -Kristin and Ryan Roberts 6.25.22

Cuarteto Guataca

5.0

  • Band or Ensemble
  • Starts at $2,000
  • Serves Slaughter, LA for additional fees

Bassist and bandleader Josh Levine got his start in the professional music business busking in SoHo with The Flying Neutrinos in ’93, so when NYC shut down in Spring of 2020, he capitalized on his experience as a street performer and began to play regularly in the parks of NYC with percussionist and sonero, Jainardo Batista, renowned flutist Itai Kriss making his debut on Cuban trés guitar, and María Raquel on vocals and minor percussion. Before long, the quartet had generated some buzz, several venues hired them to play outdoors and pianist Gabriel Chakarji and Grammy winning flutist and vocalist Jeremy Bosch became staples of the group.

I have used Cuarteto Guataca both personally (birthdays, family events) and professionally as a wedding/ event florist and event planner for YEARS. Every time they manage to get everyone on their feet. They are super professional always and extremely easy to work with. Hands down, Josh and his band will always be my first choice for latin entertainment (any entertainment for that matter)!!

Unfaded Brass Band LLC

5.0

  • Band or Ensemble
  • Serves Slaughter, LA for additional fees

Unfaded Brass Band is comprised of 10 members from New Orleans and surrounding areas that have assembled together to incorporate elements of hip-hop, jazz, soul, and pop music and added the brass band framework to it. . The band has members from Mississippi, but most were born and raised in New Orleans. After being displaced by Hurricane Katrina in 2005, members of the band fled to Dallas and planted their roots within the city. In 2014, our founder, Jermaine Devezin saw the need to bring the brass band culture to the Dallas area based on the growing number of fellow New Orleanians who along with the band now calls Dallas home. sband/

The Unfaded Brass Band brought New Orleans to our Fort Worth wedding! The band was better than perfect and we are so happy we were able to work with them. I worked with Mr. Gerald for booking, which was very easy and straightforward. I highly recommend the Unfaded Brass Band and would work with them in a heartbeat.
