Kenny and her team were so helpful! They are professional, organized, kind and went above and beyond for us. We did day of coordination and Kenny jumped in about a month out, taking care of all vendor communications and creating a timeline for us. She kept everything running smoothly the morning of the wedding and made sure everything and everyone were where they needed to be. She set up the reception decor exactly as I had envisioned it. Also kept our timeline on track during the reception. Truly can’t imagine how we would’ve made it through the day without her!

I don’t even know where to begin. I hired Rachel about a year out from my wedding. I was looking for a day of coordinator and to say she exceeded those expectations would be the understatement of the century. We had monthly check ins leading up to the wedding, with even more calls as the day got closer, to ensure everything was on track. Hands down the best decision my fiancé and I made in the wedding planning process. I am a type-A perfectionist, who is not easy to please, and Rachel eased all of my worries. Without the help of her and her amazing team, I’m not sure how I would have survived the planning process let alone, made sure everything was perfect on our wedding day. Rachel and her team ensured everything ran on time, contacted all vendors leading up to wedding, ran our rehearsal , set up all tables, flowers, candles, bars, gift tables, cigar bar, the list goes on and on. She truly was our wedding fairy godmother and a million thank you’s would never suffice in expressing my gratitude towards her and her incredible team. Hiring Ohana and working with Sonya was easily the best decision we made while wedding planning. I was hesitant to hire an outside coordinator because we had a venue coordinator, but the venue coordinator does not do nearly the amount that Ohana does. Hiring Ohana is a NEED. I was first introduced to Danielle and we instantly connected. I felt she understood my vision and wanted to help create our dream wedding. We were lucky enough to be assigned to Sonya for the 90-day coordination package and she was the kindest, most patient, and organized planner. She responded quickly to emails and answered all of my questions, she took over communication with vendors and relieved much of the planning stress, she provided detailed checklists and kept me on track. She also created a detailed by the minute itinerary for the entire weekend for us, our vendors, and a shorthand version for our bridal party which was extremely helpful. Our wedding day was seamless with no hiccups and I can honestly thank Sonya for that. She made sure to keep the day moving on schedule, communicated with all of the vendors, and made sure to check in with me often. Even wedding guests and our parents gave raving reviews for Sonya. My husband and I agree that hiring Ohana and being able to work with Sonya was the best investment we would do all over again, and we recommend them to everyone. I wish I had hired Sonya sooner! Best wedding coordinator of all time. It is true, Ohana means family, and that is exactly how the team treats you.

We could not have pulled off our wedding without the Lovehaus team. We used Lovehaus for styling and partial planning (planning starting at 6-mo out). My husband and I are the biggest procrastinators, and combined with very busy and time-consuming jobs, I knew that we would never be the wedding planners that we needed to be. A friend recommended Lovehaus and we're so thankful she did. Tabitha was our coordinator and she is a real-life angel organizer, who kept all our timelines on track, kept us in check, and handled all the coordination with our vendors so that we could have a stress-free wedding day. Not only did she work directly with all our vendors so we didn't even have to think about it, but she also helped us make decisions when we were indecisive (which was more often than not) and shared her recommendations for vendors and helped us choose the ones that best fit our needs. She joined all the vendor meetings too, asking questions I would never have thought of and helping me to create shot lists or decide on food options. Separate from vendor coordination, she helped to style the beautiful wedding we were hoping for, creating a style guide that perfectly reflected what we asked for and choosing or creating design elements (linens, florals, signage) we loved. She even helped share recommendations for all the bridal party dresses that everyone loved using as their inspo, which helped to create such a beautiful and fun pink moment for my bridesmaids. In addition to all her planning expertise, she was amazing the day of the wedding with her assistant, Shaun. The two of them kept our timelines on track and got us where we needed to be, when we needed to be there. No one had to stress about a thing as they had everything covered. They were even able to get a lovely orange stain off the front of my dress from the pollen on a flower in my bouquet before the ceremony. Everyone in the bridal party was raving about the Lovehaus team and how well they handled the whole day. I cannot thank Tabitha and the Lovehaus team enough for all they did for us. 100/10 would absolutely, most definitely, without a doubt, recommend.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Shannen and Greg for our Eastern Orthodox wedding in South Florida. Despite never having experienced a Romanian ceremony before, they went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was a truly unforgettable experience. Not many people can pull off the organizational and logistical requirements of an entirely different cultural experience, but not only did they pull it off, it felt like they had done it a million times. Furthermore, they went above and beyond the job descriptions. Greg ensured that the multitude of documents that needed to be signed by the priest were in proper order, something that I didn't even know was a thing, and Shannen actually ended up styling my hair when the hair salon cancelled at the last minute. It was quite a relief to have two people who are so dependable and who can be relied on for emergencies that inevitably pop up. In the end, we had a relaxing, fun, stress-free day all thanks to Shannen and Greg's incredible preparation and skill. They are truly a one-of-a-kind talent, and we will forever be grateful for the beautiful day they created for us.

We hired CM Event Design for our May 2023 Wedding in Walt Disney World. We hired Christine a little over a year before our wedding date. Everyone has that "fairy tale" dream of a wedding but CM Design brought our vision to life and then some! We were worried about working with the many vendors at WDW but Christine made everything so incredibly smooth for us as the Bride and Groom. Our wedding was an absolute dream and went off without a hitch. Her team is not only very professional but also some of the nicest people to work with! We felt very taken cared of throughout the year of planning as well as the day of. Typically the week of the wedding the Bride receives a lot of texts, calls, and emails however our 165 guests all went straight to our wedding planner! Christine and her team were able to handle every guest request without any issue.  Christine was very knowledgeable about everything we needed to do, from when to mail out save the dates, how to word our invitations for a destination wedding, and how to manage multiple events over a 4 day wedding weekend. We could not imagine pulling off our wedding without her! If you are looking for a local or destination wedding planner you will not find one better than CM Event Design!

Callie has known that she has wanted to plan events since she was in high school. She has always had a knack for planning and executing events. Callie is a CWEP (Certified Wedding and Event Planner) and possesses a Bachelors of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of North Texas. She has over eight years of experience in the field not only with owning CGWE, but also working for various DFW vendors and venues and has had the honor of interning for celebrity wedding planner, David Tutera, twice on his bridal show circuit.

I happened upon Callie on instagram in the early stages of wedding planning hoping to find someone that could help me narrow things down so I could actually begin the planning process. From my husband & I's first call with Callie I knew she would be perfect to help us with our wedding day. She is such a calm presence and someone to call on anytime with any questions. She gave me all of her recommendations for vendors and helped me narrow things down right away which was life saving because there are just too many vendors out there to go through alone. Knowing that she knew everyone she was recommending to us and had worked with them in the past gave me such ease and confidence. Now, my wedding day... OMG my wedding day. It was so relaxing. Stressed would not even be anywhere near how I felt. I showed up to the venue and Callie was there, biggest smile, handling all the things. She checked on me multiple times making sure I had everything I needed as well as my whole bridal party. The whole wedding ran so smoothly, everything was on time... I could go on and on. I am so lucky that after this I can now truly call Callie my friend. Truly the best in the business. My wedding would not have been ANYTHING close to what I was without her. We are forever grateful!!!!!

Nadine and her team were phenomenal throughout my entire wedding planning journey and went above and beyond day of. I had an unfortunately poor experience with my caterer and had it not been for Nadine and her assistant, I wouldn't have been able to experience my wedding day the way that I did; stress free and incredible. She set up several calls before the wedding to plan the day of schedule and go over all my decor in great detail which alleviated a ton of stress for me. Nadine and her assistant were there at rehearsal to confirm all the details, go through the ceremony step by step, and then they let their experience and professionalism shine through on wedding day. I received many compliments from my bridal party and others on how impressed they were by Nadine and her team at Les Petit Details. From handling flower delivery, vendor arrivals, decor set up, to all of the little things that came up along the way I can't thank them enough. I have many lessons learned and things I would've done differently on my wedding day, and the only thing I am certain of is that I would hire Nadine again and again and again. Worth every penny.
