Our venue, The Chalet at East Hill Creamery, completed in 2017, is an impressive example of local craftsmanship with Alpine influences. Owners Gary and Betty Burley knew they wanted to create an event space for the community that incorporated the natural beauty of the lumber from their land and the bright openness you can only get in the country-side. Featuring Amish post-and-beam construction in red oak, hemlock, and white pine and huge colonial windows, our venue offers a lovely balance of woodsy charm and modern sophistication.

The Loft @ Chandler is nestled in historic Black Rock, and features a modern industrial aesthetic, freshly brewed Thin Man beer, and delicious food by Tappo Pizza, made on site in our dedicated events kitchen. An outdoor ceremony location is available - a cool community courtyard, surrounded by red brick buildings, and home to vibrant mural artistry. It is just across the street from the Loft. We rent chairs for this space at $4 per chair, and there is a $150 site fee for the courtyard. If your group is under a certain size (appox. 80 ppl), you may marry in the Loft space itself. Winter weddings may marry in the loft, with a small amount of chairs and standing room for ceremony.

Tower Room offers a full bar, music, multiple TVs, microphone, podium, connectivity via Wi-Fi HDMI. Includes lounge area with a waterfall and seating for your guests to mingle. Private bridal suite. The Recital Room; Seating: 65. Great atmosphere for wedding ceremonies, showers, anniversaries, banquets, birthday parties, corporate events.
