They made the day completely stress-free and fun!! The team made sure we enjoyed all of our amazing food and never had an empty drink! Kacey absolutely exceeded all of our expectations and went above and beyond every step of the way. She brought such a great energy that made the wedding planning process exciting and fun. From our 3 hour details meeting to printing out speeches the day of, she was always there to help. We are so happy that she was part of our special day, we seriously love her! Jeanine, our bridal attendant, was so sweet and made our night so special. I cannot thank her enough for calming my nerves right before our first look and walking down the aisle. From the moment we booked this place we knew we made the right choice. Kacey, our Event Producer, was PHENOMENAL from start to finish. Everything about the staff and the space was incredible. They handled everything day-of, seamlessly coordinating with our vendors, and organizing decor, timeline and tasks. The food was also fantastic, as were the desserts! Our attendants that day were super helpful and all of our guests loved the venue and the way everything flowed so effortlessly that day, truly perfect. The picture of elegance and timelessness. If you’re looking for a scenic wedding venue on the water with amazing food, easy communication, and seamless coordination, The Lakehouse is it! Almost a month later and we have not stopped receiving compliments about our wedding day. We got married in early November, so there wasn’t much foliage on the trees, but that did not take away any of the beauty of this venue! We lucked out with weather and had a gorgeous outdoor ceremony in front of the lake. The transition from our ceremony to cocktail hour to the reception was flawless and incredibly well-organized. The venue itself is breathtaking with its large windows, offering stunning views and a layout that allowed for an easy and natural flow throughout the day. There are also SO MANY photo ops, so even if weather didn’t cooperate, we would have had gorgeous photos no matter what! The food was nothing short of amazing! All of our guests, even our most high-maintenance ones, were highly impressed from our passed hors d’oeuvres, to our piping hot dinner. They LOVED the cookies & milk station, as well as our late-night french fry bar! I had been dreaming about this day for as long as I can remember, and I am super type-a, so I have been planning every detail for awhile! It was important to me that certain details were executed the way I had envisioned them. We were assigned Victoria as our Event Producer about 8 months prior to our wedding. She gave us the best advice and suggestions throughout the planning process, which is appreciated when you have so many decisions to make! We had a large wedding of 180 guests, as well as an 8-piece band, so it was important to us to have a large dance floor. Victoria put together the perfect floor plan that allowed us to dance the night away! On the day of our wedding, she setup all of our décor the exact way we envisioned it, and then some! We were so happy to have her there, and she was equally excited to be there for us. We truly did not have to lift a finger once we got to the venue! Our Event Manager, Aubre, kept everything running smoothly behind-the-scenes on our wedding day to the point where we did not have to worry about a thing. Our Wedding Attendant, Emma, was always right there when we needed her! She carried my bouquet or drink, bustled my dress, and even made sure we had and ate our appetizers, dinner, and dessert! These 3 women were lifesavers, and we could not have gotten through the day without them! They were so kind, thoughtful, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure us and our guests were happy and taken care of. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful, stress-free experience, and we are so grateful to The Lakehouse and Saphire Event Group team for making our wedding day so perfect and unforgettable!

The Villa is the first venue that my now-husband and I visited when we were looking for a place to host our wedding. From the very beginning, the Saphire Event Group staff at The Villa were unbelievably knowledgeable and helpful, answering all of our questions even before we picked them as our venue. Once we picked the date and the wedding got closer, we were paired with our event producer, Daniella Cimino. Daniella was nothing short of exceptional throughout our whole planning process. She made sure that all of our questions were answered, that we felt confident in the timeline of our day, and made sure to go over even the smallest of details to make sure that nothing was missed. We truly cannot thank Daniella and the event staff at The Villa enough for their professionalism, attention to detail, and hard work to ensure our day was picture-perfect. The food was incredible, our guests are still raving about all of the unique options and how great their entrees were. We would absolutely recommend working with this venue, their team, and Daniella to anyone who is considering this venue for their special day.

The Barker House by Wedgewood Weddings is hands-down the best option for a wedding. We toured the venue during the re-construction and re-branding process. They assured us that everything would turn out fine (and it did!). Venue/Space: We were the first wedding post-renovation to have an outdoor ceremony. The space is gorgeous and looks super sleek. It's enclosed yet felt so spacious. The cocktail hour and reception were inside the building which is absolutely stunning. It felt elegant, historic, but also comfortably homey. The whole venue is incredibly aesthetic. They did an amazing job with the place. Planning/Packages: The comprehensive packages are what really drew us to Wedgewood. It truly made the planning process SO much easier; the fact that the packages are so highly customizable helped make our special day the wedding of our dreams. They emphasized price transparency, and we were grateful for that as well. We decided to use other vendors for some aspects, and Wedgewood easily integrated their services into our wedding day. The Food: The food! Amazing!! We were gone during cocktail hour, but Paula set aside some of everything for us to try when we returned. We, and our guests, LOVED everything. The meatballs were incredible, the apple and brie phyllo apps were phenomenal, and the crab cakes were so good. During dinner, we again were super impressed. The prime rib, salmon, and chicken piccata were remarkable! We also added a mashed potatoes bar to be served at dinner, and that was a hit! They were phenomenal. For dessert, we brought our own cookies, which they were happy to set out for us, but we also added chocolate strawberries and a donut station. The donuts were a smash -- they were huge, fun, and absolutely delicious. For a late night bite, we added a nachos bar. Again, this was a great decision. So many people complimented the meat that came with those nachos. The food will definitely be a memorable aspect of our wedding! The Staff: The staff also helped make our wedding day a success. The general managers did transition several months into the planning process but this did not impact us in any way. When we met the new manager, Duncan, he was already familiar with us and our event and answered any and all of our many questions. Cassie was our wedding coordinator and was our main point of contact for the planning process. She was AMAZING! She was so much fun to work with and super helpful. She answered all of our questions super quickly and was able to solve any problem that we encountered. We also gave her a lot of autonomy in setting up the decorations that we brought, and she knocked it out of the park. On the day of the wedding, Cassie made sure that everything went smoothly and that we wouldn't have to worry about anything. We also met Lyric the day before our wedding during the rehearsal, but we wished we had met her sooner! She was such a ray of sunshine and helped our wedding day run smoothly. She checked in on us throughout the day to check if we needed anything. She was awesome. Paula was our banquet coordinator, and she was FABULOUS! She was so unbelievably kind, helpful, and always so eager to help us. We had accommodations that required all of the staff to have responsibilities beyond a traditional wedding at the Barker House, but Paula truly went above and beyond to make things go smoothly. Overall, the staff was incredible to work with, and they made our day so easy and one to remember.

My husband and I got married in June at the Barn and it couldn't have been more perfect! I am from Cohasset and was interested in celebrating locally. Initially, we chose the Red Lion because it had everything we wanted: all events on site, charming spaces, gorgeous outdoor grounds, and rooms for family to stay in! Throughout the planning process, we were delighted to find that the staff was incredible. Andrew and Nancy at the front desk were friendly and super helpful with navigating the room block. During the planning process and on the day of the wedding we worked with Sam Loonie and Toufek! They were an incredible team from start to finish! They were organized, efficient, and always willing to accommodate any of our needs. Sam Loonie was super responsive to the plethora of questions that I had throughout the planning process. I am not the most organized person on earth and her assistance with planning made it so much easier for me. She and Toufek made sure that our day ran so smoothly. Throughout the reception and even into the after party Sam and Toufek checked in with us to make sure all of our needs were met. We cannot thank them enough for all of the effort that went into pulling off an amazing day! We would highly recommend the Red Lion Inn to couples that are looking for a wedding venue!

We just got married this past weekend and honestly Black Rock Country Club (BRCC) couldn't have been better. My husband and I have been trying to think about if there were any areas of improvement and honestly we couldn't think of anything. During our planning period, the wedding coordinator of BRCC changed to Tricia who was absolutely fabulous. Tricia worked really hard to make our wedding as us as possible. We were able to bring in our decorations early and walk her through what we wanted. She and the team took copious notes so when we arrived everything was perfectly put together. She also worked to ensure that all of our guests dietary needs were met no matter the odd or unique request. Even though the wedding was almost a week ago, Tricia has still been checking in on us and telling us of all the things she appreciated about our wedding. She and her team really helped bring our vision to life, we couldn't be happier.
