We had a beautiful wedding at Hotel Covington and overall were elated with how it turned out. Riley was easy and professional to work with as our details specialist, but it felt like other staff members were never quite on the same page. There were miscommunications about so many things I can't even remember them all— no space for the groomsmen to get ready in although that was offered at the time we booked the venue, garage parking was not included although we were told it would be, when we showed up for the rehearsal the staff thought we were having a dinner not our rehearsal and was not prepared for us to be in the space as another wedding was going on on the patio, there was an "event hold" above the cost of the room placed on our credit card which would have been fine, but we were not told about it in advance. All in all, not being told what to expect was our biggest issue. Paying for garage parking, not having the space for the groom's party to get ready, the credit card hold all would have been totally fine and reasonable, but it felt like that information was intentionally omitted. (Again, there was more than that, but I waited a little too long to write this review and can't remember it all at this point.) On the flip side, the staff at Hotel Covington were extremely proactive and helpful with my dad, who has mobility issues. They provided a wheelchair for him to use on-site and staff members went above and beyond to help him when he really needed it. I am eternally grateful for the kindness they showed him and our family. We were very happy with the quality at Hotel Covington, but communication was lacking. Our day-of coordinator alluded to more issues, but she was able to handle them instead of bringing me into it. If you plan to have your wedding at Hotel Covington ask LOTS of very specific questions, have your details specialist write as much detail into your day-pf plan, and bring your own day-of coordinator to act on your behalf, and you will have a lovely day.

The staff were very professional and kind. Even when we had a few bumps in the road, staff was more than willing to help us out! The venue is gorgeous as well and the decorators did a fantastic job setting up my decor. The wedding felt very low stress because everything was being handled so well! The food was so good, too. I definitely recommend The Madison for weddings and any other type of event!

After dreaming of marriage and a wedding my whole life, my husband and I finally got to experience all of that. The Winchester Opera House staff made our wedding and planning a dream! They have several options to meet your desires - from the beautiful ballroom, amazing food and drinks, bridal party prep areas (even a special area for the guys, or everyone!), a chapel, beautiful outdoor wedding space, and more right in the heart of downtown Winchester. We had an afternoon wedding with a brunch-themed reception. People are still complementing the food and entire experience, even 7 months later! Many shared some of the food was the best they've ever had. My husband is a foodie, so that part was important to him. The team discussed our desires, brainstormed with us, and created a reception beyond our expectations! We chose to hire the WOH coordinator as our wedding planner (an additional cost that was totally worth it and a deal compared to the cost of other wedding planners). The coordinator and assistant were present at the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. Remaining their friendly selves, they also kept our large family on schedule and got everyone where they needed to be on time. We even gave them the challenge of getting 9 kids ages 20 months to 8 years old down the aisle and in their places, and the coordinators didn't hesitate to make it happen and work out kinks along the way. At the reception, they remained available, and one stayed close to us to make sure we were getting what we needed (and wanted)! My husband said the only thing he would change is to make it all last longer. We both loved our entire wedding rehearsal and dinner (we rented the WOH gallery for the rehearsal dinner), wedding, and reception. I highly recommend celebrating such a special event through the Winchester Opera House. They will work hard to accommodate your dreams! The venue is beautiful and very versatile for weddings and receptions. The team at Harper Hall is very good to work with. They are prompt to communicate with their clients and work hard to make sure everyone's events run smoothly and without any issues. To create a base palette for you, we’ve salvaged the original 1950 structure and elements of the building, to allow its history to shine through. The open space includes exposed rafters, polished concrete floors, and extra large windows for natural light. We’ve layered in modern amenities and elegant lighting.

My therapist says there is no such thing as a bridezilla, but I think I got close. Amanda and the rest of the Mojave East team did everything in their power to reduce my stress and make my day awesome. I wasn't allowed to get hungry, stressed, or into micro manager mode. They made sure I was focused on my husband and our family. I had a great day, so much that I'm hoping to have our anniversary party there. if they have your event date available, jump on it. It's a beautiful space, the acoustics are nice inside and out, and you can decorate it almost any way you want. They have great relationships with vendors, and make sure your day is wonderful from the time you get out of the limo to the time you get back in at the end of the night.

Located on the highest overlook in Devou Park above Covington, Kentucky, the 10,000-square-foot pavilion was built and donated by The Drees Company in 2003 to commemorate its 75th Anniversary. An interior renovation was completed in March 2020, adding modern fixtures & finishes, thoughtful upgrades, and elegant furniture options.

I've been a vendor at Drees for their entire 20-year history. The obvious thing to say is the facility and view are amazing. But to me, it's the consistency with which they take care of their clients and treat the vendors like part of the team to create a perfect experience for their clients.

The Center was the perfect venue for our wedding! The space is absolutely beautiful and it’s perfect for couples like us who wanted to have their ceremony and reception in the same place. We had our ceremony in the dome room and our reception in the main ball room and it was absolutely beautiful! We got tons of compliments and how great the space was from our guests. It’s extremely convenient with many parking garages within a few blocks as well as various hotels nearby for guests to stay in. The staff at The Center is absolutely wonderful and even with all of the new restrictions that came with COVID they made sure we still had the perfect wedding. Katie was great and kept us up to date during all the craziness that was going on this spring and always answered any questions we had ASAP. I can not recommend The Center enough!!!

I would pick The Spot over and over again if given the choice! The space itself is an incredible canvas but at the same time doesn’t need much at all to bring it to life - the exposed brick and industrial vibes were exactly what we were looking for. The staff is incredible as well, but particularly Sam who we worked with leading up to the wedding. She is every anxious bride’s dream - laid back and reassuring, but knows her stuff and makes it seem effortless to bring it all to life. We did both our ceremony reception there which required a room flip and the team was so efficient in making that happen while cocktail hour was happening. We couldn’t have been happier with how our wedding turned out at The Spot - so thank you!

The venue includes bridal changing room, two kitchenettes, upper loft area, tables, chairs, black linen and a private entrance.
