Welcome to One Under Banquet Venue. We are a family-owned restaurant, bar, and banquet facility located in Livonia, Michigan. We are conveniently located on Five Mile Road, just east of Levan, in front of the Idyl Wyld Golf Course. We are easily accessible from I-275 or I-96 and located near many hotels and shopping. We are a full service banquet hall, specializing in weddings, showers, birthday parties and more. Our venue provides the best of both worlds, our lower level has a modern, energetic feel while our upper level provides an elegant space that is perfect for weddings.

Venue is set in a historic building right in Downtown Monroe along the River Raisin. Outdoor space is available for a ceremony or cocktail party prior to your indoor reception. We rent the hall for the day, 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays for $750. We rent for an 8 hour block of time Sundays through Thursdays for $375. With either rental we charge a $250 security/clean up deposit. That is refunded after the hall has been returned in clean/undamaged condition. We only rent the hall, which includes use of the tables and chairs. Your rental fee that holds your date is non-refundable. You are free to have your ceremony and reception at the facility, many people have done this in the past. For linens, dishes, food etc, you would need to contact a provider for those. At Joy Manor we have 4 different ballrooms, each with their own style. You can choose which ballroom fits what you are looking for for your event. We offer many different menus ranging from Athletic Menus through Wedding Packages. We also allow people to rent and bring in their own food as well. At Joy Manor we aim to make everyone feel special and have the most amazing event possible.

Built-in 1848, the wedding barn was originally a working farm, used as a hay and milking barn on the Briggs family 500-acre farm. Once the family moved on, however, the property slowly fell into disrepair, including the barn. Luckily, right away Joel had an amazing vision for what could be the ideal spot, he saw the potential like no other for a unique Irish Hills Wedding location and was happy to buy the property in 2017. Renowned “movie palace” architect C. Howard Crane designed Detroit’s historic Garden Theater, a commission he earned after he opened his own firm in Detroit in 1908. One of the city’s earliest neighborhood theaters, the Garden Theater opened to the public in 1912. As the name implies, Crane cleverly incorporated vines, birds and other garden-style decorations in its design to immerse patrons in an outdoor-like experience. Graystone Banquet Hall sits in a lovely residential neighborhood in Perrysburg, OH. The hall itself is quite spacious and very affordable. It has been hosting events for 10+ years including: wedding and ceremony, fundraisers, special dinners, Christmas parties, baby showers, trade shows, and dances just to name a few. Prior to being a banquet hall it actually used to be a roller skating rink which you can visualize with the large flooring. It also has a very large parking lot to accommodate many vehicles on either side of the building. The hall is conveniently located just minutes away from 795 and several different hotels in the area. Outside catering is welcome and we provide everything for the bar. Our hall can host 350 guests comfortably. We will provide all the tables and chairs for you and set them up as well.
