We fell in love with this venue the moment we drove up the road. My husband and I grew up in NJ, live in Brooklyn, and were looking for a venue that felt like a nature retreat while still being accessible for our friends and family. Milford is a great town just down the road and the hotels are so close too. Linnea and Alec were so communicative and helpful with the endless lists of questions we sent them. We cannot thank them enough for setting the stage for the weekend - and I'm just so impressed with how seamless and easy it felt to use their venue. We were struck just by the beauty of the whole property. It's absolutely marvelous! We were surrounded by charming little bunnies and butterflies the whole weekend. We took advantage of the place for the whole weekend - a Friday night pizza truck party, multiple pool and hot tub hangouts, and a Sunday bagel brunch in the barn. Everybody was raving about the barn, farmhouse, and cottage. The sunset during the reception created a great atmosphere for our guests to congregate and enjoy the lawn. We felt right at home and it made our wedding so incredibly special.

The reason we named it this is because a lot of brides who books with us who's having a wedding at KH often say they want something "Elegant" like their venue. True story....

We started the wedding planning process by starting to look at venues. Falkirk was the first venue we had toured and immediately fell in love with it. From seeing the golf course, the waterfall, the gazebo, and incredible views, it was breathtaking and we imagined ourselves getting married there immediately. We met with Andrea during our tour, and had the pleasure of getting to work with her throughout our planning process, and was absolutely incredible on the day of our wedding! She made herself available to answer our (many) questions, going over timelines, and ensuring that our vision and dreams for the day came true. They had it all, from phenomenal staff to incredible food, not to mention the stunning views. We could not have asked for better! They truly make you feel like a VIP throughout the entire wedding weekend. Andrea was an absolute gem to work with, and made sure everything we dreamed of came true. And when we got the opportunity to have fireworks during our reception?! To this day, we have friends and family still talking about the firework show. Andrea worked seamlessly with other vendors and the firework staff to make sure it was a surprise show that no one would forget. Our wedding day was a dream, and we are so glad we had it at the Falkirk Estate and Country Club. We are so incredibly happy we got the pleasure to work with them, and would recommend any couples that are starting the wedding planning process, to reach out to them.

I cannot say enough about how amazing the Box House was. The venue alone is truly special and a gem in the city. From our first tour to the day after our wedding, the staff was exceptional. They made the process very easy special thanks to Abbas, Mariel, Daryna and Nick. I planned my wedding without a wedding planner and with the help and expertise of the planners at the Box House you do not need one!! The event staff was also super accommodating to some of our requests, and remembered little things we mentioned to them in passing (shout out to the passed around espresso martini shots!). Aside from the venue and staff, the food was fantastic. Probably the best wedding food we’ve had and I’m not being bias! Thank you Box House!

From our first call with the team, their communication was on point, effective, and efficient - they answered all of our questions promptly and made the planning process a breeze. The venue itself is big, beautiful, and incredibly accommodating. Our guests were blown away by the stunning industrial-chic space and delicious food. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day was everything we dreamed of and more. We cannot recommend 26 Bridge highly enough to any couple looking for a truly memorable wedding experience.

We could not have chosen a better venue for our wedding! Brooklyn Grange is truly a hidden gem and is such a unique experience to find yourself in the midst of so much green beauty yet with the skyline of Manhattan as a backdrop. The view is unbelievable. (Also, the sunflowers!!) We were well cared for and they made it simple to plan our brunch wedding (catered by Purslane). Michele and her team were there to answer any questions and really helped to take care of all the details needed in order to make our day special for us and our guests. I could not recommend Brooklyn Grange more highly, and would get married there 10x over. Maybe we'll return to throw an anniversary party someday in the future :)

Blooming Hill Farm was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding day. From the very first interaction, their communication style was thorough, attentive and easy - Kate gave me her personal cell number and was available to answer any questions I had almost immediately in the days leading up to our big day. The farm was absolutely breathtaking, with the venue's natural beauty and lush landscaping providing the perfect backdrop for our special celebration. Our guests could not stop talking about how good the food was and everyone said it was the best wedding they have ever been to. The staff was so amazing, making sure to think about everything possible in advance to ensure our wedding day went off without a hitch. We can’t wait to come back to the restaurant on our anniversary! We are so grateful to the entire Blooming Hill Farm team for helping to make our day truly unforgettable.

Communication was clear, always fast, easy and delightful. Naomi is a total expert and complete professional. She properly managed expectations, went above and beyond and did everything with ease and grace. I would highly recommend Bell House and their entire WONDERFUL staff to host any private event. Camp Sacajawea was the best decision we made while wedding planning! We knew we didn’t want a standard ball room wedding but never could have imagined a venue as cool as Camp Sacajawea. The day we saw it we knew it was for us. The staff was super kind and helpful! The ambiance is eclectic and lends its self to so many possibilities, they even have a bunch of decor other couples have donate following their events to pay it forward to the next couple! You can use any vendors you want to make your event exactly as you wish! They even offer lawn games and, archery / axe throwing for events. We also came from out of state and they were super flexible/ supportive to make sure we were comfortable. Don’t hesitate if you’re interested, worth every penny! All our guests are raving about how much fun they had !

I had the best wedding at Perona Farms! It was everything I dreamed of and more! All three venue options are stunning. I had my ceremony and reception in the Barn and it was beautiful. Perona was so organized and executed everything to perfection. They made sure we were happy and had the best day. Shout out to my coordinator Megan, day of coordinator Ana, and bridal attendant! The service was also great, especially the bartenders Don and John. All of my friends said the cocktail hour food was amazing and that there were a lot of tables available to sit and eat at. There was plenty of room and I love how the dance floor was large enough to fit all my guests. Perona creates a fun atmosphere and guests were partying it up all night. We loved ending the night with some homemade donuts. If you are looking for a place with great food, great service, a fun atmosphere, and a picturesque setting, Perona Farms is for you!

Plus they have an on site weather station for the most accurate weather read!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I don’t even know where to begin. The chandelier family made our wedding day so incredible and special. They have such an amazing team that was there for me every step of the way of wedding planning. The food was AMAZING. I didn’t get one single complaint from any of the guest. If anything didn’t go as planned or went wrong the day of the wedding, I had no idea. 100000000/10 recommend this venue!

Our experience so far with Waterloo Village and their staff has been amazing. From the moment we walked onto the property at Waterloo, we knew it was going to be our wedding venue! Between the beautiful farm, the adorable animals (love the alpacas), the gorgeous canal and historic homes, and the venue itself, we made our venue decision very quick! We got to see all of the ceremony spots which were all beautiful in their own unique way, but since our wedding is in summer we fell in love with their Secret Garden location. It is tucked away in the trees and just gives very magical vibes. So we are super excited! Once we picked Waterloo as our venue, it only got better from there. Everyone has been extremely friendly and helpful. We brought our families to the open house and both sets of parents could not believe how incredible the food was! JAM catering does an amazing job of make fresh food that is sustainable and mostly grown by them (AMAZING)! At our tasting, it was incredible how organized and friendly all of the staff were. We cannot wait for our wedding at Waterloo Village!

Lippincott Manor is truly the most amazing wedding venue. My mother and I went to tour the venue a year before our wedding date. Right away we were impressed. From the beautiful property that you drive up to and then meeting Tricia and Marty, we were sold. Tricia and Marty are the most kindest, generous, down to earth people we have ever met. My husband and I planned our wedding at Lippincott Manor for August 15, 2020 with roughly 120 guests attending. When COVID hit, Tricia and Marty continuously kept us informed with the plans. Unfortunately, only 9 days before our wedding, new county restrictions went into effect and Tricia informed me immediately- limiting our 120 guest list to 50 and under, etc. Within a day, Tricia and I postponed the large reception to next year and planned to have the original wedding ceremony at the venue with less than 50 people on the original date (August 15, 2020). I was truly heartbroken but Tricia was the best thing that happened to me during that time. She was so accommodating, answered ALL of my questions I had, and most importantly, she eased my mind by planning the WHOLE mini ceremony and made sure I had everything I needed for the day. She was so calming and reassuring during such a chaotic time. I’m truly thankful for her. Our wedding day was truly the most AMAZING day of my life. It was perfect- from the beautiful weather we had, to the beautiful property that we got married on, and the support we had from Tricia and Marty. I wouldn’t change it for anything. Rachael and her team were absolutely amazing for our wedding whenever I had a question about the venue I knew I would get a very quick response from Rachael days leading up to the wedding. We kept our eye out on the forecast, hoping to have the ceremony outside in the garden however, with the rain we had to have it inside, but it was still absolutely perfect, they were able to get it, so that way you didn’t see everything underneath the tent during the ceremony and most of the time you didn’t even know they were there.

Full stop, you need to have your wedding at Bad Seed. Not only is it a stunning location with a perfect mix of indoor and outdoor space (get married/take photos in a literal apple orchard, and party it up inside a modern-with-tons-of-charm taproom) but Devin and his team were incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process. They answered our questions quickly, and were extremely flexible and helpful the week of our wedding. We were able to bring up boxes earlier in the week, set up the day before our wedding, and had private access to the grounds/taproom on our wedding day. As a queer couple, we also loved that Bad Seed partners with Big Gay Hudson Valley year-round, so we already knew they would be a queer-affirming space and our wedding day was no different. Everyone we spoke to / worked with helped make our wedding a magical experience.

We had our wedding at Kindred Creeks at the beginning of May 2022. I have so many great things to say about this place! First off, Jill was extraordinary, caring, attentive and so helpful from start to finish. She was able to work within our budget while keeping our dream wedding a reality. She had rain plans, sunny day plans, plans for more or less people and was thorough throughout. Her father, Gerry, who lives in the farm came out the day before and day of the wedding to make sure we were taken care of and that anything we needed would be done. And the tent staff was kind, courteous and officiant! The grounds itself were gorgeous! We were the first to use the airstream bridal suite which got so many compliments and great photos. They also redid the bridge across the creek for the wedding party to walk over during the ceremony. I fell in love with the green barn and even though it needs to come down soon, they held off construction so we could take pictures in front of it. We got married right where the two creeks meet which was so beautiful. All our guest had nothing be great things to say and we are beyond happy with the experience. If you are thinking of taking a tour of the farm, don’t hesitate! You will fall in love just like we did!

Kirby Hill Farm is a magical experience. By far my most favorite venue to flower and the most gracious hosts to work with. There is a beauty and authenticity about the farm. Surrounded by rolling hills and wide skies this gem has many perfect backdrops for gorgeous photo ops (think majestic horses grazing in the background and beautifully landscaped grounds to meander). The thoughtfully appointed farmhouse is the right size to accommodate most bridal parties and is also a stellar option for hosting intimate rehearsal dinners in front of the fireplace. The club house is loaded with character: warm wood, stone, and the original barn doors. The barn stands in contrast, industrial in feel with soaring ceilings and oversized glass doors that open up to cocktails on the pavilion overlooking the polo field below. I found tons of inspiration for my design vision right at the farm and the team there was flawless in facilitating my execution. If you love BBQ or beautifully prepared delectable food experiences you should definitely check out the farms exclusive caterer Odeens when you visit the site. Overall just sublime!
