We are The Valley Venue, a wedding venue and event space with a unique and intimate submersion into nature. Our lovely property is tucked away beneath a canopy of 100+ pecan trees. We even have our alpacas available to roam, who bring sheer joy to our visitors!

This 1917 Door and Window factory has been revived into two venues. It keeps its original charm of exposed beams and wooden floors plus adds the needed modern conveniences like refrigerated air and heat. The addition of chandeliers and metal lamps creates a beautiful juxtaposition to the enormous space. Vintage bars in each room, plus the courtyard, adds old world vibes. One of the rooms features a direct view to the iconic El Paso lit "Star" on the Franklin mountains, in the evenings.

Our indoor areas consist of 2 beautiful ballrooms, the Chandelier Corridor, & stunning bridal & groom suites! In addition to our indoor spaces, we also offer a jaw-dropping Courtyard featuring a vintage silo, waterfall, and pond and the outdoor Garden Haus barn perfect for ceremony or reception. The Garden Haus features our antique French church window suspended in front of a water fountain. With four options for event spaces, you are truly able to mix & match to create your dream day! We also offer 3 package levels to allow you to choose how much or little assistance you would like. Take a tour of The Marfa Spirit Co., a high desert distillery located in downtown Marfa in the historic Godbold Feedmill, taste Sotol and other spirits in a guided flight, and enjoy a cocktail in our bar or on the sunny patio. In 1995 the historic apple orchards that put became the host to a new summer camp, brought about by the owner of Darnell Apple Orchard. The owner is an architect and builder, who designed and constructed the main dining hall, and five group cabins as summer-only buildings. A year later Scott and Spencer Garrett, the developers of New Mexico Sports and Wellness recreational clubs, purchased the Apple Wood Camp and renamed it Apple Mountain Camp. Their goal was not only to create a summer camp facility but to develop a high-altitude sports training facility. Their dream reached reality when in 1997 and 1998 swimming gold medallists Tom Jager and Janet Evans used Apple Mountain to host their Gold Medal Swim Camp. In 1999 the Garrett’s sold their recreational clubs to a national chain but retained ownership in Apple Mountain Camp. In 2000, Scott purchased all remaining shares of AMC and commenced a significant remodeling and expansion effort, renaming the facility Manzano Mountain Retreat.
